What Trader Joe’s is to the fall season, Starbucks is to winter. There is truly no one doing it like them. In regards to a food and beverage company going all in on seasonal flavors and branding, Starbucks is the king of the holidays. And luckily for us, this year we don’t have to wait very long to be able to get our hands on it.

This year they’re debuting their full holiday menu on November 5, so that we have maximum time to celebrate the flavors we all love so much. And, they’ve expanded their menu for the holiday season this year by adding new drinks and food items to the collection. This is everything on the Starbucks holiday menu, and what you should know before ordering.
Two New Drinks
Perhaps the more exciting news beyond the return of Starbucks is holiday menu on November 5, is the fact that there are two new drinks being included on this year’s menu. The first new drink on offer this holiday season is their Tiramisu Velvet. It’s available as an iced or hot latte and as the Tiramisu Velvet Cold Brew. The drinks are topped with a Velvet Mascarpone Cold Foam and dusting of cocoa and coffee. We’ve been seeing a lot of different companies release their take on a tiramisu latte, and we’re excited to see how Starbucks’ compares.
Up until this year, Starbucks has really been missing out on playing with different seasonal flavors for their Refreshers. At the end of the day, however good the strawberry açai or other tropical flavors may be, they’re not really very on the theme for the fall and winter seasons. Luckily for us, Starbucks is dropping their Apple Pomegranate Refresher on November 5 with their holiday menu. The refresher itself is a crisp apple flavor, and there are popping pomegranate pearls in the drink for a more nuanced profile from Starbucks. The drink can also be ordered as a Snowy Apple Refresher that adds coconut milk to the base.
Returning Favorites
For anyone who isn’t really set on trying anything new, not to worry. Starbucks is bringing back the beloved flavors of winter yet again, and we’ve got all of the heavy hitters coming up to bat. First and foremost, of course we have the Peppermint Mocha returning to the menu. The combination of chocolate, coffee, and peppermint is always more impressive and delicious than we think it’s going to be, and we frankly wait all year to see this come back.
The Caramel Brulée Latte and the Sugar Cookie Latte will also be returning to this year’s menu, much to the joy of their fans. These flavors took on a cult-like following after their release, as well as the Gingerbread Chai which will also return for the 2026 winter season.
A Snacking Spotlight
In addition to the return of the classic Bearista Glass Cold Cup design and a whole new line of seasonal merchandise, the Starbucks holiday menu features new food items as well. The new Braised Short Rib Grilled Cheese will accompany the new recipe of the Turkey and Stuffing Sandwich in the holiday food collection in addition to returning favorites like the Cranberry Bliss Bar, Snowman Cookie, and Sugar Plum Cheese Danish.
