It’s always nice to take stock of what the year has brought us. 2026 has given us quite the gambit from Costco. It’s brought some weird items, some old reliables that have returned, and, of course, the best of the best. That’s what we’re here for. These are the best things that we’ve found at Costco so far in 2026.

Doughlicious Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Gelato Bites
While we tried a number of offerings from Doughlicious, there’s only one real flavor we’re concerned about when it comes to Costco. Luckily for us and this list, that happened to be our favorite flavor anyway. Doughlicious’ chocolate chip variety had a little bit of everything. There’s a smooth vanilla gelato that’s backed up by a plethora of texture both from the chocolate chips and outer cookie layer.
Kirkland Signature Twice Baked Cinnamon Croissants
You could tell these were going to be good from the moment you locked eyes with them. Costco takes their iconic and bountiful croissant, cuts it open like a surgeon, and fills it with a rich and buttery cinnamon-sugar cream. The stuff that actual dreams are made of, that wars were waged over. Yet somehow, they’re not overtly sweet. They’re the perfect balance of cozy flavor that has made the transition to fall a little bit easier.
Kirkland Signature Cookie Bar Cake
We’re still thinking of this beauty that we tried way back in February―which, according to the calendar is still within 2026! Even though it feels like a lifetime ago. While Costco’s Kirkland Signature cookie bar cake may be gone from the shelves of our local Costco, it is not forgotten. This cake sandwiched mousse filled with chunks of cookie dough between layers of chocolate and vanilla cake. That lighter vanilla cake beautifully balanced out the bitter chocolate cake to create a harmonious bar cake that we’re counting down the days until Costco brings back.
King’s Hawaiian Aloha Bakes French Toast Breakfast Squares
I still pinch myself to make sure I didn’t dream this one up. Costco gave us something I never even thought to ask for. Soft King’s Hawaiian rolls that were chef’d up into a French toast bake. A bake that’s actually broken up into cute little squares so you can eat them easier than I even thought possible. I don’t know what we did to deserve these, but I am so thankful Costco brought these into our lives this year.
Kirkland Signature S’mores Cookies
An oldie but a goodie. Costco’s s’mores cookies are a staple throughout the end of the summer months. And for good reason. True to their name, these make for a killer foundation to a good summer s’more. Toast up a marshmallow, and your cookies for a little bit, and you’ve got the most mouthwatering creation imaginable. I know our time with these in 2026 has come to an end but I’m greatly looking forward to their return again in 2027. At least we have some motivation to keep going!
