Aldi is a beautiful place to shop. Their whole thing is private labeled goods. The world really is our oyster when it comes to which Aldi branded foods to pick over the name brand. Though at that rate it gets to be a bit overwhelming. While I do fully believe that you could just walk into Aldi and grab anything that fits your shopping list, I will admit I’ve found some duds over the years.

That’s where we come in, here to guide you to the best of the best. The impressive dupes and swaps that are worth your time and money over the more expensive name brand. Sometimes they’re just as good as the real deal and other times they’re even better. Here are five Aldi finds that we’d buy over the name brand any day of the week.

Choceur Milk Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups

I’m a Reese’s boy. Or so I thought. Until I had Aldi’s milk chocolate peanut butter cups. They’re just on another level. I’m quickly realizing that I’m just a chocolate peanut butter cup boy because I clearly have no allegiance. My body just knows best and Aldi absolutely has the best. Buyers beware because these will not last long in any household.

Specially Selected Indulgent Greek Honey Vanilla Yogurt

I had to give anything with “indulgent” in its name high praises but Aldi’s Specially Selected Indulgent Greek Honey Vanilla Yogurt really is that girl. She’s everything you want a greek yogurt to be and so much more. “It’s like creme brulee custard,” said Sporked’s Gwynedd Stuart. She also called it a dead ringer for Greek Gods Honey Vanilla Yogurt, which is the exact reason we’re grabbing Aldi’s version instead.

Friendly Farms Lactose Free Milk

Lactose free milk can get pretty dang expensive! We’re always happy to find a cheaper alternative and dang it, that’s Aldi’s specialty. This stuff will save you a couple dollars so you can let the milk flow more freely. Let the cups overfloweth as they say. Though don’t actually waste any milk. I’d hate for you to have to cry over it! If you’re looking for a Fairlife dupe, Aldi’s got you covered.

Millville Family Size Honey Nut Crispy Oats

I don’t know what is going on at Aldi. The first and second place finishers in our Aldi cereal taste test are out of stock so we have to settle for third place. Which isn’t a bad thing, but it’s odd. Maybe that’s the Sporked effect. The Honey Nut Crispy Oats are the only Crispy Oat flavor worth getting at Aldi. They’re sweet, crispy, crunchy, and highly satisfying to eat. Just be sure to get them before these sell out, too!

Benton’s Peanut Butter Filled Cookies

It feels a little harsh to steal business from the Girl Scouts but consider this. They fully could sell their cookies all year long. They’re the ones that choose to ration them so we have to find different ways to indulge. Aldi’s the smart cookie. They’re the ones who sell these dupes 365 days a year! In fact, Sporked’s Ariana Losch considers them even better than the original so they’re worth checking out for that fact alone.
