Fall is here, but you wouldn’t quite know that based on the new foods that Costco is bringing out this week. Though there is one absolutely classic fall food to be found (more on that later) we’re still getting new frozen desserts into the mix, too. What did I expect, though? It’s not like they can just shut the freezers down in the winter and give us all warm foods―though my body would certainly be thankful if I wasn’t stuffing it full of ice cream 365 days a year. Anyway, here are the new foods you can find at Costco this week.

Carnegie Deli Dark Chocolate-Covered Cheesecake Bites
Dark chocolate covered cheesecake bites. The only way these could get better is if they had a bit of graham cracker crust incorporated somehow. Now that would be perfection. Sadly, that’s not the case for this latest addition to Costco’s freezer aisle. We’ll take what we can get (which is six bags of these in our freezer to stock up before they’re gone).
Teo Gelato Variety Pack
Yum! Talk about some heavy hitters. This gelato variety pack from Teo has some wild flavors. Inside you’ll find pints of Texas pecan sundae, coffee cookies and cream, and caramel cookies and cream. Though I am a personal fan of just regular old cookies and cream, I won’t turn my nose up at these twists on the classic. I just wish these were a bit more Costco-fied by having two pints of each flavor in the pack.
Campbell’s Chunky White Bean Chicken Chili
Ahh, the perfect snack/dinner to warm us up after that batch of frozen treats! It’s only fitting that this white bean chicken chili from Campbell’s would make its way into Costco for the fall. This is so quintessentially fall that it feels ironic to buy it. Like, of course, I’m going to be eating chili under a warm blanket―I’m incredibly basic! Well played on the timing on this one, Costco.
Kirkland Signature Shortbread Cookies w/ Belgian Milk Chocolate
And back to desserts! Although, I feel like these shortbread cookies from Costco’s bakery won’t be nearly as sugar-laced as the frozen foods we started things off with. These would make for a killer thing to grab and snack on throughout the week or bring to a last minute school function. I feel like you can never have enough desserts to pass around at those things.
Sargento Cheese Bakes, Parmesan & Oregano
And now one big blast of salt to fully wash all the desserts we’ve mentioned so far away. In theory, this one pound bag of Sargento cheese bakes from Costco should last a while. I did get a sample of these while I was in store this week and I am sad to report that they most certainly will not―at least not in any house that I’m in, so be prepared to hide these away if you’re inviting me over.
