Listen, there’s a lot to love about Dunkin’. In fact, we’d argue that this beloved coffee chain is less about doughnuts now and more about its beverages — and since we’ve tried every last one of the non-coffee drinks and the caffeinated classic coffee options in addition to those iconic doughnuts, we know the menu inside and out (yes, even when it comes to ice cream cake doughnuts).

Despite all of the delicious and refreshing options on Dunkin’s menu, we do wish the coffee giant would make some changes. And it’s not just us; the internet agrees. So, Dunkin’, if you’re listening, here’s what we’re crossing our fingers for.

Bring Back the Dunkin’ Go2s

Value menus have been disappearing at a rapid pace lately, and the ones that are still around are seeing prices increase pretty significantly. So it should come as no surprise that we — and plenty of people on Reddit — want Dunkin’ to bring back the Dunkin’ Go2s menu.

Dunkin’ Go2s was a budget-friendly value menu from the 2010s and early 2020s that gave so much bang for your buck. It made picking up a hearty snack cheap, offering two bites for $2, $4, or $5. And we’re not talking Munchkins. You got two satisfying breakfast sandwiches for $5 or two cream cheese-topped bagels for $4 (and you didn’t have to share unless you wanted to).

With so many fast food deals disappearing, we’d love to see Dunkin’ bring back a steal of a deal like the Go2s menu. Freebies are nice, but cheap meals can’t be beat.

Strengthen the Spice in Pumpkin Spice (and Other Flavors)

If you’ve had the chance to sip Dunkin’s pumpkin spice-filled fall menu this year, you might’ve noticed the flavors aren’t what they used to be. Today’s sweet, warm-spiced pumpkin drinks are tasting weaker and more watered down than previous years’ iterations.

And it’s not just the pumpkin spice. As Reddit users have noted, the pumpkin spice is simply the latest weakening flavor alongside other longtime beverages (basic black coffee included).

We wish Dunkin’ would tweak whatever is causing the flavor profiles of its classic iced and hot coffee-based beverages to taste milder and watered down. Some Reddit users speculate it could be due to faulty machines or too few pumps of flavor in iced drinks. Whatever has changed, though, should be reversed to keep that pumpkin spice strong and the classic Dunkin’ coffee flavor itself iconic.

Bring Back the Old Dunkin’ Rewards Program

Fast food chains love a rewards program, and so do we. But about a year ago, Dunkin’ revamped its Dunkin’ Rewards program. The update overhauled the points systems and the value of earned rewards points — and, according to most people on the internet, today’s version is considered “horrible” and even “the push I needed to leave Dunkin’ behind”, per Reddit users. With plenty of menu items rising in points value (and menu prices increasing across the board), the new Dunkin’ Rewards program essentially offers less value in rewards for the money you spend.

One dedicated Dunkin’ fan broke down the old program versus the new to determine just what offers the most value. With menu items jumping anywhere from 50 to 200 points in value, it’s now wiser to spend earned rewards points on cold brew above anything else.

So, we’re longing for the old Dunkin’ Rewards — or at least those old points values. We’d love Dunkin’ to change back for that old bang for our buck… although we do appreciate that the restaurant offers triple points days to speed up how much we’re earning.
