Trader Joe’s has long been known as the company that can bring fun and unique flavors to you through convenience and a low price. With their frozen sections stocked with global cuisines, people know Trader Joe’s is the one bringing ease and big flavor together for home cooks. But what are they doing best for breakfast? Here are the top five things I think you should get if you want an easy breakfast from Trader Joe’s.

Unexpected Cheddar Cheese & Turkey Sausage Egg White Bites

If you need a quick breakfast on-the-go, but you’re really over yogurt cups and little containers of overnight oats, then I suggest to you these egg bites. They’re savory and warm, so you get that little hint of something freshly cooked up, yet you didn’t have to do any of the work. These egg bites are also made with egg whites and turkey sausage, so they’re loaded with 17g of protein. The sausage is rosemary seasoned and the cheese is the classic aged Unexpected Cheddar that you can get from Trader Joe’s. They heat in a microwave in 60 seconds and are gluten-free, too!

Cheddar Cheese & Uncured Bacon Egg Bites

Into the idea of egg bites, but don’t want just egg whites? Well, then these are probably the best option for you. These also make on the go breakfast into a delicious savory treat, but this time they’re made with whole eggs, cottage cheese, and butter to create a more hearty and rich eating experience. Personally, I’d use these as a starting place to a no-fuss breakfast sandwich. Tucked into a bun, they’re made even more portable.

Protein Pancakes

Into a sweet breakfast? Trying to make high-protein meals work for a busy lifestyle? The two come together in the Trader Joe’s Protein Pancakes. They’re easily microwaved and customizable and a pack of these pancakes come in at 20g of protein. They’re gluten-free and already packaged into perfect four-pancake portions. If pancakes are your thing and you’re struggling to fit them into your packed day, these are for you.

Beef, Bean & Cheese Burrito

Burritos, like wraps, are what I would argue the most naturally set up foods for on-the-go enjoyment. All conveniently wrapped in a flour tortilla, you can usually even have the other hand free while eating. The Beef, Bean & Cheese Burrito from Trader Joe’s is filled with spiced ground beef, white cheddar cheese, pinto beans, and onions. Ready in just a couple minutes for you to enjoy, those of us wanting a hearty breakfast to get your day off to a strong start might want to try this one out. Easily given some extra kick, flavor, and seasoning through the addition of hot sauce, this burrito is worth a try.

Organic Jumbo Cinnamon Rolls

Do you have some extra time on your hands but still crave convenience? The cinnamon rolls from Trader Joe’s maximize your at-home breakfast by adding a kick of sweetness to your morning and a nostalgic, homestyle feel to breakfast. The cinnamon rolls are in a ready-to-bake tube that mirrors the Pillsbury cinnamon rolls of my childhood. Top it off with their premade vanilla icing and cheat yourself to luxury this morning.
