The cookie delivery chain is putting its Dubai Chocolate Filled Cookie back on the menu after the limited-time flavor sold out four times, attracted more than 10,000 people to its waitlist, and became the fastest-selling limited-time flavor in Tiff’s Treats history.

So, naturally, it’s coming back.

What’s In The Cookie?

The Dubai Chocolate Filled Cookie is a double chocolate cookie filled with pistachio cream and crispy kataifi, then topped with chopped pistachios.

If you’ve been following the Dubai chocolate craze, the combination should look familiar. The original Dubai chocolate bar became known for pairing chocolate with pistachio cream and crispy shredded kataifi, giving it that crunchy texture that helped turn it into one of the internet’s favorite desserts.

Tiff’s Treats took the same combination and put it inside a warm cookie.

And people really liked it.

This Cookie Was A Bit Of A Problem

When Tiff’s Treats first introduced the cookie in 2025, it sold out four times as the company worked to keep up with demand for the pistachio filling. More than 10,000 people joined the waitlist.

The cookie also became the company’s fastest-selling limited-time flavor ever. It didn’t stop there, either. Dubai Chocolate eventually became Tiff’s Treats’ No. 2 most popular cookie, behind Chocolate Chip. That means it managed to knock Snickerdoodle out of the No. 2 spot after the classic had held it for 24 years.

That’s a pretty rough way to lose a job you’ve been doing for 24 years.

What started as a limited-time flavor ended up sticking around through May 2026 because people kept buying it.

The Cookie Is Back

Beginning Sept. 2nd, customers can order the Dubai Chocolate Filled Cookie again for a limited time.

Tiff’s Treats describes it as a warm, chocolatey cookie with a pistachio-filled center and a crunchy topping, which is pretty much everything you’d expect from a dessert inspired by Dubai chocolate.

And if you were one of the people waiting for its return, you may want to skip the waitlist this time.

It’s already back.

Dubai Chocolate Isn’t Going Anywhere

The cookie’s return comes more than a year after the Dubai chocolate trend started taking over dessert menus and social media.

The original combination of chocolate, pistachio cream, and kataifi has since shown up in everything from candy bars to ice cream, and now Tiff’s Treats is giving people another reason to buy into it.

In this case, though, the company already knows there’s an audience.

It has the waitlist to prove it.

How to Get One

The Dubai Chocolate Filled Cookie is available starting Sept. 2nd for a limited time at Tiff’s Treats stores and through its delivery service wherever the company operates. Tiff’s Treats has a mostly regional footprint, so whether you can order one depends on whether the company serves your area.

And considering what happened the last time it was on the menu, if you can get one, I’d order sooner rather than later.
