If you aren’t buying groceries on Amazon, we have news: There are some good Amazon grocery deals, particularly on pricey products you might forgo when you see them at the grocery store at full price. Amazon does have a weekly promos page that will aid you in this quest for cheap groceries, but I wanted to create a list with a little longevity, so I looked for deals that aren’t on the promos page. The upside of my research is that if you read this list months from now, you might still be able to catch a deal or two. The downside is that some of the choices are a little…quirky. But a deal is a deal, so let’s check out some Amazon grocery deals on pricey grocery items.
- Whole Foods Market Lake Whitefish Caviar
-
Is this cheating? Potentially. I mean the whole point of Sporked’s caviar ranking was to find the best caviar for under $25. And as you know, caviar is pricey. So cheap caviar that you can buy on Amazon that’s Sporked approved still meets all qualifications overall, even if it’s always cheap. I’m counting it because, frankly, the fact that you can get a tin of caviar from Amazon for less than $8 is mind blowing. Bring a tin to a party and impress all of your broke friends, and then remind them that there are plenty o’ swanky Amazon grocery deals to hit up.

- Rao’s Homemade Marinara
-
It’s no secret that we’re big fans of Rao’s pasta sauces here at Sporked. I do feel a little guilty gushing about a product that frequently presents me with a pasta aisle dilemma: I want to have Rao’s every time I make spaghetti, but I don’t have Rao’s money when it’s $8 a jar. Of course, our Amazon overlords are here to make that decision a little easier with a steep discount on our number one Rao’s sauce, Rao’s Homemade Marinara. Saving $2 a jar might not seem like a lot, but 25% off means you can buy a box of pasta and still make out better than you would have at the grocery store!

- Fly by Jing Sichuan Chili Crisp
-
Chili crisp may not break the bank, but we still appreciate that Amazon is selling this Fly by Jing chili crisp for $5 cheaper than the usual price. And that $5 adds up when you go through as many jars of this stuff as I do a year. So you bet your booty I added a few of these to my cart as soon as I saw they were cheaper than what I’d previously been spending at the grocery store down the block. Start buying your chili crisp on Amazon, and you’ll have that house in Fiji in no time!

- Syntha 6 Cold Stone Birthday Cake Remix
-
Protein powder is stupidly expensive! And you don’t even get that many servings out of a big tub of the stuff? Is this the world’s biggest scam? I don’t know but what I do know is that Amazon makes buying the stuff a little easier to stomach when you’re trying to get swole. Sporked’s Ariana Losch did the heavy lifting by sifting through the plethora of terrible protein powder options out there. My task of finding Amazon grocery deals is significantly easier, and it didn’t take long to find the crew’s second favorite protein powder for $10 cheaper on Amazon than you’ll find it anywhere else. Thanks, Ariana—we’ll go with the birthday cake!

- Polar Fancy Lump Crab Meat
-
Unless you’re buying Starfish tuna, tinned fish can tend to be the most expensive thing in your cart at the grocery store. Surely I could find an Amazon grocery deal on one of Sporked’s favorites! Well, it wasn’t easy, but I did it. You can get a dozen cans of the team’s favorite tinned crab meat for $30 cheaper than it is on the producer’s own site. Do you need 12 cans of lump crab meat? We can’t say, but it’s worth finding out for that kind of savings.
