We love our gluten free gals, guys, and pals here at Sporked. So much so, we get ridiculously excited every time we try a new gluten free product that wows us. No one necessarily invited us into the gluten free club, but we did show up unannounced with a confectionary basket of GF goodies and cute balloons. We’ve done more gluten free taste tests this year than ever before, from frozen breakfast to beer to gluten free bagels and more. These are the two products that truly earned our devotion in 2025.

- CrispUps Crispy Tacos Chicken Birria
-
These have the appeal of greasy tacos you threw together yourself, maybe a little drunk, using the leftover shredded chicken from yesterday’s much more carefully prepared chicken birria and the rest of your Mexican cheese blend. (They also kind of remind us of Jack in the Box tacos, but we know that’s not always a selling point for everyone.) The point is: They look questionable but taste so incredibly satisfying. The crispy corn tortillas get those nice little air pockets and a sheen of grease out of the air fryer. It’s a refreshing reminder that GF snacks don’t have to cosplay as wellness products. This is true fast food that you can pull out of the freezer whenever you need to scratch that itch, and it’s delicious.

- Feel Good Cream Cheese Stuffed Everything Bagels
-
If you’re thinking, “Hmm, they probably just gave this top spot because gluten free bagels are so hard to find…” Well. It’s not that you’re technically wrong. GF bagels are among the trickiest culinary feats to undertake. But it’s really irrelevant to the truth of the situation here, which is: These. Are. Genius. The everything-bagel seasoning is so umami-savory. The inside is stuffed with the perfect amount of cream cheese. You don’t need to add or change anything. And yes, the bagel itself is soft but bouncy, a little chewy, and crisp on the outside out of the air fryer. You would not realize these are gluten free if I wasn’t telling you right now. They make a great quick little breakfast for anyone, regardless of dietary restrictions. Feel Good Foods, we love you. Keep it up!
