Best Keto Yogurt: The Only Acceptable Keto Yogurts on the Market

The best keto yogurt is thick, creamy, and doesn’t taste artificial. Sadly, that’s hard to find!

First, I don’t endorse the keto diet. We’ve all seen low-carb culinary trends come and go as people attempt to lose massive amounts of weight in a short period of time and the havoc those diets wreaked on our society. I literally lived in Miami during the South Beach Diet. It was hell!!!

I do, however, love food and know when it tastes good. If a keto product can impress me, it will probably be the best thing a keto-diet devotee has ever put in their mouth. And what I can tell you with 100% certainty is that these three yogurts are actually pretty good.

Unique

Chobani Zero Sugar Milk & Cookies

Before you get excited about a dessert-y, cookies-and-cream-flavored yogurt, let me be honest with you about Chobani Zero Sugar Milk & Cookies: It tastes more like peanut butter than any milk and cookies pairing I’ve ever had. That being said, it wasn’t bad. The product name is just a little misleading. Weirdly enough, there is no peanut butter in it according to the label. If you want a keto yogurt that isn’t fruit or vanilla flavored, this is definitely the move.

Best Vanilla

Two Good Vanilla Greek Yogurt

Most of the vanilla keto yogurts we tried had a super chalky texture that dried out our mouths. Yogurt that makes your mouth dry? Gross! Luckily, we found one that was fine. Two Good’s vanilla keto yogurt satiated our craving for actual vanilla yogurt. It was sweet and creamy. It didn’t have a weird, fake sugar aftertaste like almost every other yogurt we tried. If you’re a fan of plain vanilla, this is the best keto yogurt you can buy.

Best of the Best

Ratio Strawberry Yogurt with Granola

I was shocked to find out Ratio Strawberry Yogurt with Granola was keto. It actually tastes like yogurt, and that alone make it the best keto yogurt. There’s no artificial aftertaste or chalky, dry mouthfeel. The yogurt is smooth and coconutty. The granola adds such a wonderful texture. I would actually eat this yogurt (and that’s saying a lot!). The strawberry flavor is reminiscent of real strawberries. This tastes like kid’s cereal and some kind of adult medicine had a baby. I’m not ready to switch over to the keto diet anytime soon, but I did like this a lot! Good job, Ratio! I’m proud of you!
