Blaze Pizza Just Made Their Salads Better

We know what you’re thinking. Blaze Pizza sells salads? They do! Not everyone enjoys pizza and sometimes you want a little cool, crisp veg with the ooey, gooey pizza. Well, Blaze Pizza is making their salads even better. (Maybe we’ll see a rebrand to Blaze Salads in the future).

The Menu Refresh

Blaze Pizza is not just offering a menu refresh―they’re marking their new salads by including a new, limited salad offering. We love pizza a lot, but we can’t deny that these salads sound pretty tasty. 

• Chicken Chickpea Salad (Limited Time Offering) ― A protein-packed blend featuring roasted chicken, cucumbers, chickpeas, feta, pickled red onions, roasted red peppers, artichokes, and crunchy pita chips, paired with a creamy Sundried Tomato Parmesan Dressing. 
• The Chop ― Crisp romaine topped with chickpeas, roasted red peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes, pickled banana peppers, red onions, Kalamata olives, shaved parmesan, fresh mozzarella and basil, with an Italian Herb Dressing. 
• Bacon Pesto Bliss ― Romaine layered with crispy bacon, fresh mozzarella, roasted red peppers, tomatoes, artichokes, and pickled red onions, finished with basil and creamy Pesto Ranch Dressing. 

These aren’t all though. Their side salad offerings of Caesar and Spring Greens will also see a refresh. Additionally, all the salads will come in new packaging that help maintain freshness and allows it to transport better. No more soggy, warm lettuce here. 

And Blaze believes a salad isn’t complete without a little bread so every salad comes with Blaze’s signature fast-fire’d flatbread. This delicious flatbread is made from Blaze’s fresh daily dough (the same their pizzas are made from) and finished with olive oil, oregano, parmesan, and salt before being baked in the brand’s signature fast-fire’d ovens. Sounds like the perfect compliment to a salad to us. 

Of course, if those salads don’t sound good, there’s always the build-your-own option. Blaze’s salads, just like their pizzas, are fully customizable with any of their available toppings. So you can get exactly what you want and have a great meal. 

Blaze’s move to refresh their salad menu shows that they’re not afraid to break the mold of what is expected of them. Let’s be real, who’s expecting a fresh, delicious salad from a pizza joint? But we commend them for their innovation. They’re truly showing that they’re about what the people want and they know people want more rounded options at restaurants and that people value choice and freshness.
