Step aside, Heart of the Ocean, there’s new bling in town. Rose Dawson’s 56-carat blue diamond may have been swoon-worthy to everyone in her circle, but maybe that deadbeat non-Jack fiance would have sealed the deal if he had proposed with a BuzzBallz engagement ring.

It would have been especially impressive because it would have meant that he time traveled to present day, because this is a new promo from BuzzBallz, the company cranking out creative ready-to-drink cocktails (hence the buzz) in spherical containers (hence the ballz).

Who is BuzzBallz and what are they doing making rings?

The woman-founded business offering cocktails such as “Grapes Gone Wild” and “Cran Blaster,” are not afraid of being a little outrageous, so it stands to reason that, this Valentine’s Day, they’re offering up a 9-carat pink diamond ring in the shape of their iconic drink bottle.

Sounds fun, where can I get it?

The one-of-a-kind ring will be auctioned on eBay from February 3rd at 10 a.m. ET to February 10th at 10 a.m. ET. The ring is valued at $35,000, but bidding starts at $2.14, which serves as a helpful reminder in case you’ve had too many BuzzBallz and forget the date of Valentine’s Day.

Okay, but why a ring shaped like a ready-to-drink cocktail?

The ring is to celebrate love! To celebrate creative risk-taking! To celebrate their new Pink Lemonsqueezy flavor! The lemonade-style cocktail with sweet citrus serves as the muse for the pink ring, even though it didn’t ask as explicitly to “draw me like one of your French girls.” If we’re dating ourselves with all of these Titanic references, you should see the back spasm we had while remembering the days of proposing with Ring Pops.

For those of you with $35k burning a hole in your pocket but you’re still on the fence about whether to spring for this or a more traditional engagement ring, BuzzBallz also says proceeds will benefit a “heart-related charitable cause.” So hey, carpe diem! Drop that money on this ring. Or on the sidewalk, preferably as we walk past.
