Pop-Tarts has done so many crazy collaborations but these ones might just be the craziest ones yet. BuzzBallz teamed up with Pop-Tarts for two new drinks inspired by Frosted S’mores and Frosted Brown Sugar Cinnamon. And yes, the drinks come in the unmistakable round BuzzBallz containers.

Two Pop-Tarts Flavors Get A Boozy Version
BuzzBallz is teaming up with Pop-Tarts for two sweet new ready-to-drink cocktails inspired by Frosted S’mores and Frosted Brown Sugar Cinnamon. The drinks have already started showing up in retailer listings, giving fans an early look at the unusual collaboration before it fully hits stores.
Frosted Brown Sugar Cinnamon might be the flavor that makes the most sense as a cocktail. The original Pop-Tarts version has that sweet brown sugar-and-cinnamon combination that has been a longtime favorite. The new BuzzBallz version takes those same flavor cues and adds 15% alcohol by volume.
The Frosted S’mores version goes after a completely different kind of sweet tooth. It’s made with flavors associated with a classic s’mores treat, which are chocolate, marshmallow, and graham cracker.
They don’t sound like your traditional cocktail, but that’s what make them so interesting.
The Design Might Be A Little Confusing
The drinks are not exactly hiding their Pop-Tarts connection. Retail listings and social media posts show the two cocktails using the familiar Pop-Tarts design alongside the BuzzBallz packaging.
But BuzzBallz says the drinks contain vodka and “other than standard orange wine,” which basically means they are made by fermenting white grape juice (or raisins) with added sugar and flavorings to a higher alcohol level, bypassing traditional table-wine rules.
So, it’s no surprise that people are saying the drinks are marketed to children. A Instagram user commented on this post by CandyHunting saying, “Not beating the marketing for kids accusations.”
Fans Are Having Mixed Feelings
The new BuzzBallz and Pop-Tarts collaboration has already gotten people talking. The reaction is basically a mix of curiosity, excitement, and a firm “thanks, but no thanks.”
An Instagram user under CandyHunting’s post joked that as a vegan who can no longer eat Pop-Tarts, the new cocktail might help fill the nostalgic void.
Frosted S’Mores Pop-Tarts fans may be more willing to take the plunge. @bethanychobanianlang said she has loved S’mores Pop-Tarts since they first arrived and is ready to “take one for the team” by giving the cocktail a try.
Then @wolfdream simply said “I love BuzzBallz but no thanks.”
Drink or Pass?
The new BuzzBallz x Pop-Tarts drinks might not be everyone’s cup of tea, but some people are curious enough to want to give it a try.
A launch date and broader availability have not been clearly announced, but I suspect more details should be out before the end of this month. Would you be giving the BuzzBallz Pop-Tarts Brown Sugar Cinnamon and Frosted S’mores a try?
