Cinnabon’s had a brisk year so far, but it’s fair to say that the bulk of its activity has involved products that you would expect. Arguably, its biggest move in 2026 has been that it’s joining the dirty soda game, but that’s not exactly a left-field position for the chain to take. Creamy sodas? It’s right in its wheelhouse.

You know what isn’t quite in its wheelhouse, though? Bacon jerky. And yet, and yet, here we are, about to discuss the fact that it’s collaborated with Wicked Cutz to release a bakery-inspired jerky of its very own. The food world is a strange place. It’s an intriguing place. It’s a fun place. Let’s break down this new release.
Cinnabon x Wicked Cutz: Who’d Have Thought The Two Would Go Together So Well?
According to Stack3d, this out-of-the-blue collaboration will see Wicked Cutz and Cinnabon coming together to incorporate the latter’s flavors into the former. Wicked Cutz & Cinnabon’s new Bakery Inspired 100% Cured Bacon Jerky is made with Cinnabon’s trademark flavors, including the Makara cinnamon that gives its buns their specific taste.
This collaboration is part of the new Wicked Cutz’ Bakery Inspired Series, and marks the first product in that new line-up. Obviously it had to start with the splashiest one, right? What that means, though, is that we could be seeing many more bakery-inspired meat snack products to come, and maybe more of them with Cinnabon flavors in them. We’re not quite sure what else it could rustle up, but these food companies always find a way.
Where Can I Find This New Jerky?
Well…at the moment, you can’t find it anywhere. Wicked Cutz’ new Cinnabon jerky isn’t out yet, and this is just an announcement of what’s to come. When it does drop, though, we’re sure it’ll be in a few major retailers, and, if Cinnabon is so inclined, you might also see them in your local branch. Cinnamon rolls with a side of bacon? Honestly, there have been weirder food combinations.
We do have to say that Wicked Cutz didn’t start with beef jerky here, as cinnamon and dried beef aren’t the closest of bedfellows — although the combination does show up in Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cooking often enough, so maybe it does have that up its sleeve. Hey, maybe we’ll see strawberry cheesecake topped beef sticks soon. Stranger things have happened.
