There’s Only One Place You’ll Find the New Cotton Candy Kit Kat Flavor

What is a Kit Kat, really? A chocolate bar? Most people would say yes. And in many ways, they are right. A Kit Kat traditionally consists of a few thin wafers layered with creme and coated in a milk chocolate shell. On the surface, that does sound like a chocolate bar. But over the years Kit Kat has thrown a wide variety of flavors at the shelves—including Pink Lemonade, Birthday Cake, and something called “Ghost Toast“—that have awoken the public to the truly endless possibilities of the Kit Kat form. It’s not just a chocolate bar, and they’ve made that abundantly clear with their latest re-invention: the Cotton Candy Kit Kat.

What’s the deal with Cotton Candy Kit Kat—where can we find them?

The new Cotton Candy Kit Kat features the typical wafers and creme surrounded by a light blue cotton candy-flavored creme coating. Unlike previous Kit Kat releases, the Cotton Candy flavor is hitting the shelves exclusively at Costco. If you think that’s a little strange, considering Costco is by no means the most accessible grocery store, I have even stranger news for you. This new flavor is currently only available in a 100 count snack size variety pack that also includes Milk Chocolate and Vanilla Kit Kat.

So, if you’re a Costco member who is used to buying things by the hundreds, I’d say pick up a variety pack and experience the brand new Cotton Candy Kit Kat for yourself. I can only imagine it will be wonderful. Personally, I will be waiting impatiently until the Cotton Candy Kit Kat is ready to step into the shining lights of my nearest gas station convenience store.
