Crumbl won’t stop until it’s serving every dessert under the sun in personal, handheld form. In the last few months, the cookie innovator has been on what one might call a generational run of new item development. As well as its flagship offering (that’ll be those supersized cookies, people), it’s also been testing protein balls, doughnuts, cake cups, cookie fries, and a whole host of new treats. You name it, Crumbl’s been trying it.

Oh, and as it turns out, it’s also decided to turn its hand to the personal bundt cake market. Crumbl is currently testing six new bundt cakes, all handheld, and we’ll be trying them as soon as we can get our hands on them. Here’s what it’s cooking up in that development kitchen.
New Crumbl Bundt Cake Flavors
Details are a little scant on exactly what’s in these bundt cakes, but judging by the handy explainer posted by the ever-reliable @snackwire, Crumbl’s working on…
Lemon
A standard bundt cake base, topped with a swirl of cream cheese frosting (which we suspect is lemon-flavored) and a zesty slice of lemon on top.
Chocolate Chocolate Chip
Why have one dose of chocolate when you could have two? Or three? This chocolate-flavored bundt cake is studded with chocolate chips. It’s then topped with frosting, which is then adorned with more chocolate chips to finish it off. One for your sweet tooth, methinks.
Confetti
A bundt cake swirled with confetti sprinkles, adorned with frosting, with more confetti pieces scattered on top. If this tastes anything like the new Oreo Confetti Cakesters (which we were a fan of), then we’ll be into it.
White Chocolate Raspberry
This one looks simple and oh, so good. It starts with a personal bundt cake, and then tops it with what we suspect to be white chocolate frosting, crowning it with a fresh raspberry. This’ll be a hit in summer.
Strawberry
A gorgeous lil’ bundt cake (which could be strawberry flavored? Honestly, wouldn’t put it past them) is hit with a generous swirl of strawberry frosting.
Cookie Butter
Oh, yeah. Here we go. This bundt cake is drizzled with cookie butter icing, sprinkled with cookie butter dust, and then finished with a Biscoff cookie on top. Crumbl’s been on a bit of a roll with cookie butter lately, testing its new Cookie Butter Cake Cup, and clearly, it hasn’t had enough of the flavor just yet.
When Can I Get My Hands On These Little Bundt Cakes?
Sadly, we don’t know just yet. Crumbl never gives a particularly clear timeline for when its test items make it into stores (and some of them never do). Until then, if you need to satisfy your personal bundt cake cravings, then check out the new Nothing Bundt Cake flavors coming this spring. There’ll be enough to keep you satisfied until Crumbl finally gets these out of its test kitchen.
