All the New Taco Bell Menu Items Coming at You in 2026

You’re probably aware that there are some new items coming to Taco Bell in 2026. Earlier this week, Taco Bell announced the new lineup in an Apple Event-esque unveiling called Live Más LIVE. It was a night of celebration and samplings for a bunch of food influencers, and while my invitation MUST have gotten lost in the mail, I’m here to tell you about the full lineup all the same.

BUT there are eight more we haven’t covered yet, and being the completionists we are, we gotta talk about those, too. Here’s the rest of Taco Bell’s 2026 release lineup, in no particular order:

Nacho Fries

You know them. You love them. For some reason Taco Bell did not understand that until quite literally this month as they kept taking them on and off the menu. The Live Mas posse finally announced that as of this march, they will be a permanent menu item.

Cheesy G Sliders

A cutesy little Cheesy Gordita Crunch. Two soft, pillowy flatbreads wrapped around freshly fried daily white-corn shells, layered with mozzarella, pepperjack, and cheddar cheeses, with lettuce, pico de gallo and creamy chipotle sauce on top. Available with grilled steak or slow-roasted chicken.

Queso Cracked Cantina Bowl

A bowl of seasoned rice, slow-roasted chicken, black beans, lettuce, purple cabbage, reduced-fat sour cream, pico de gallo, cotija dip, and topped off with chile lime seasoning. Then comes a layer of crisped cheddar cheese on top.

Firecracker Burrito

A red flour tortilla shell that’s filled with seasoned rice, nacho cheese sauce, seasoned beef, Fiesta tortilla strips, creamy chipotle sauce, reduced-fat sour cream, and a sprinkling of cayenne poppin’ crystals for a spicy experience.

Fire Queso Sauce Packet

An edible sauce pocket made of pastry filled with fire queso sauce. You won’t be able to store these in your sauce drawer!

Strawberry Horchata Refresca

Inspired by traditional Mexican horchata, this creamy, sweet drink is spiced with cinnamon and vanilla, swirled with juicy strawberry syrup, topped with real freeze-dried strawberry pieces and served ice-cold.

Cold Brew with Purple Horchata Cold Foam

Bold and smooth cold brew topped with signature purple cold foam – cool and creamy with a hint of warm cinnamon and vanilla.

Salt & Straw Tacolate Chiller

All the flavors fans loved from the original Tacolate, an overnight sensation when it debuted in 2025, are now blended and served as a sippable Chiller. It’s an interesting, but more replicable, evolution of Salt & Straw’s take on the nostalgic ice cream taco.
