Skittles Just Dropped a Mystery Halloween Flavor of Skittles Pop’d

It’s not even summer yet—let alone fall—but Summerween is already upon us. Not familiar with Summerween? It’s like Christmas in July but it’s Halloween candy in the summer (or late spring, as it were) and it’s a sacred holiday season for Mars because that’s when the confectionary company drops their entire Halloween candy collection for the year.

Among the many new Halloween candies coming at you in 2026, Mars is dropping a new Skittles flavor along with some returning Skittles favorites—because there’s more than enough chocolate during Halloween and us fruity sweets lovers need something to chew on, too.

Here’s what to expect from Skittles this Summerween:

New: Skittles Pop’d Creepy Crunch

The newest flavor of Skittles Pop’d (aka freeze dried Skittles) is Creepy Crunch. What does Creepy Crunch taste like? We have absolutely no idea. All we know is that the inside of these new crispy, crunchy, chewy Skittles is purple. We liked the original and sour Skittles Pop’d, so we have high hopes for these.

Skittles Shriekers

I am so happy Skittles Shriekers are coming back for another year. These seasonal Skittles are good and they’re fun, too! You get five flavors: Ghoulish Green Apple, Rattled Raspberry, Citrus Scream, Spine-Tingling Tangerine, and Shocking Lime. And those are all tasty. But some of them are extra sour. There are jumpscares in every bag.

Fun Size Bags Sour Skittles and Skittles Gummies

For the first time, you can get fun-size Skittles Sours and Skittles Gummies. I’m all for a wider variety of little bags of Skittles that I can pilfer from my children’s Halloween buckets.
