Through the hustle and bustle of the busy summer season, it’s always good to have some comforts you can count on. For us, it’s the joy that comes with the ritualistic revamp of the Crumbl cookie menu each Monday. It’s exciting, refreshing, and inevitably comes with a few surprises. Here’s what’s included on this week’s menu rendition.

Limited-Time Cookies
- Sandy Beach Banana Pudding Cup ― Vanilla and banana pudding are layered with vanilla wafers to bring us back to a land of nostalgic desserts. This treat is made as more of an individual portion and it’s topped with a dome of fresh whipped cream and a crust of finely crushed vanilla wafers. Served with a little shovel, it’s reminiscent of sand pails and beachside bliss.
- Beach Bum Cookie ― Flavor-wise, this cookie is pretty simple. It’s a graham cookie with a honey cream cheese frosting. But its decorations really make it a stand-out cookie. The frosting is a pastel blue and it’s then decorated with a paper parasol shading a Teddy Graham lounging in a gummy peach ring. It’s cute, kitschy, and perfect for all the fun summertime activities.
- Hawaiian Coconut Cookie ― This cake batter cookie it topped with coconut cream cheese frosting. But the real star of the show is how it’s decorated. The coconut cream cheese frosting is colored into layers of pale pink, purple, green, and yellow and piped in a zig-zag across the cookie to mimic the layers of beautiful Hawaiian rainbows.
- Molten Lava Cake ― Cookie might be a bit of a stretch, but this Molten Lava Cake is part of Crumbl’s lineup nonetheless. The rich chocolate cake is topped with a mound of French vanilla mousse with a powdered sugar dusting and it’s served hot. On the side, you’ll get a portion of warm chocolate ganache to pour over the entire dessert.
- Pineapple Whip Cookie ― This is a chilled pineapple cookie with a swirl of a freshly-whipped pineapple topping. It’s deeply reminiscent of the iconic Dole Whips you can find at Disney, and what’s more exciting than nostalgia and rich summertime flavor packed into one cookie?
- Key Lime Cheesecake ― Crumbl’s really getting creative with the form factor this week and this one’s no different. A graham cookie crust is then layered with a pastel green key lime pie cheesecake filling. It’s then garnished with fresh whipped cream, decorative lime slices, and a sprinkle of crushed grahams.
- Chocolate Chip Cookie Thins ― Most people like a classic chocolate chip cookie. But, hey, everyone’s entitled to their preferences. Some like them soft and gooey, some like them crispy and shatteringly luscious. If your preference is the latter (Tate’s fans unite!) then these are the cookies for you. Better yet, they come as a set of two.
Forever Crumbl Classics
- Pink Sugar Cookie ― This classic Crumbl fave is a tender almond cookie with a delicate pink almond frosting. If you’ve never been, the basics are a great place to start.
- Chocolate Chip Cookie ― Don’t have time to swing by Mom’s house for a classic homemade cookie? Well, Crumbl’s chocolate chip cookies are still served up warm and made by hand.
- Brownie Batter Cookie ― This lush cookie is made with a chocolate dough and a brownie batter center. Round it out with a couple more chocolate chunks and it’s a chocolate lover’s paradise.
- S’mores Cookie ― There’s nothing better than a s’more in the summertime and you can skip the mess and hassle with this Crumbl cookie. It’s a graham cracker cookie with chocolate chips and a melty marshmallow center. It’s finished with a chocolate drizzle and graham cracker crumbs for extra decadence and flair.
