This week at Crumbl, they’re starting off the dreary Monday strong with an extra sweet, extra indulgent cookie lineup. After all, what’s more indulgent than a cookie flavored like soda? Well, it’s a cookie flavored like a dirty soda, of course.

Celebrating the launch of their dirty sodas, they’ve designed this week’s menu to honor it. There’s even a sweet deal for anyone with the Crumbl app to redeem this week: a free dirty soda voucher. They’ve eliminated some of the classic flavors we always see on the menu (like chocolate brownie and s’mores) for the time being and are letting these specialty flavors shine. Here is what’s new.
This Week’s Flavors
- Dirty Soda Tres Leches Cake ― Sometimes, Crumbl does this thing where a bunch of cookies in their lineup aren’t actually cookies and we just have to pretend they are anyway. Well, this is one of those times. And this first cookie is actually a cake. It’s a chocolate soda cake soaked in dirty soda tres leches sauce and decorated with a coconut lime whipped cream. It’s garnished simply with a wedge of lime. This cookie (cake… ugh we’re confused already) is pretty much the same size as the average Crumbl cookie except for its depth. Naturally, as with a cake, it is much taller of a treat and there’s a lot more to get through.
- Chocolate Cola Brownie ― This treat is similar to the tres leches cake in the sense that it’s disguised as a weekly cookie flavor when it is simply just a brownie. I guess “just” a brownie might be a bit of a stretch though, because this one sure has a lot going on. Of course, to celebrate the drinks, this is a fudgy chocolate cola brownie topped with a thick layer of fudge cola frosting. It’ll be interesting to see if the cola flavor actually comes through amongst all of the rich chocolate.
- Shirley Temple Cookie ― Finally, we’re getting back into cookie territory with this flavor. And what more iconic drink to do so with than a Shirley Temple? This cookie toys with the childhood favorite by rolling lime sugar cookie dough in grenadine sugar. After baking, it’s topped with a Shirley Temple-inspired buttercream and garnished with the mandatory maraschino cherry.
- Pink Berry Cookie ― I think the simplicity of this cookie is really going to make it shine this week. It’s a slightly lemony sugar cookie base with a swirl of berry and lemon-lime buttercream on top. The garnish is a simple slice of strawberry. For anyone overwhelmed or run off by the bold dirty soda flavors this week, this flavor really just feels like a celebration of what makes summer so fabulous: all the fresh, delicious fruit.
- Nilla Bean Float Cookie ― The base of this cookie translates the chocolate cola cake back into cookie form. It’s baked in the shape of a mini pie shell, too, so it’s ready for the abundance of toppings coming its way. There’s a tall, lush swirl of vanilla bean and creamy chocolate cola mousses stacked high on the cookie base. To really emulate that dirty soda feel, they’ve stuck a wafer straw and a lemon wedge into the mousse making it look like it’s ready to sip (pun very much intended).
- Peach Ring Cookie ― When you’re talking dirty sodas, you’ve got a whole lot of flavors to choose from. And, to break up some of the cola monotony, they leaned into all things peach for this cookie. It’s a tart peach sugar cookie dough that’s been rolled in a sour sugar coating before baking. It’s topped with a swirled peach mousse of the candy’s iconic colors. And, of course, the garnish for this cookie is a humble peach ring. For as much as I may dislike there being gummy candies used as garnish for baked goods, it does seem like the necessary decision in this case.
- Pink Sugar Cookie ― This is probably the most iconic and classic cookie in Crumbl’s lineup. Its consistency not only shines through its appearance on Crumbl’s menu but within the cookie’s flavors themselves. It’s a tender almond sugar cookie with a delicate pink swirl of almond frosting.
- Chocolate Chip Cookie ― This is the second week of Crumbl’s debut of its new chocolate chip cookie recipe. It’s basically the same, but with another type of chocolate added to the mix. Now, there’s both milk chocolate chips and semi-sweet chocolate chunks mixed into the brown sugar cookie dough for some extra oomph and depth of flavor.
