As just another weekend passes us by, Monday mornings always feel a little bit gloomy. And whether the sun is shining or not, there’s no amount of Monday blues that a couple bites of a cookie couldn’t help alleviate.

Of course, Crumbl has followed their typical format of releasing a brand new menu of cookies to launch on Mondays and stay for the duration of the week. So, not only is it nice to combat professional monotony with a cookie, but what is more exciting to see than an entirely new collection of unique and novelty cookie flavors? Where last week saw a unique lineup of exclusively thin cookies, Crumbl has now returned to its typical variety. But the theme for this week is transforming road trip snacks we all know and love into cookies.
Rotating Cookie Flavors
- Flamin’ Lime Crunch Cookie ― Although they can’t say it, this cookie transforms the Flamin’ Hot Cheetos we all love to snack on into a unique cookie. It is a lime sugar cookie rolled in crushed Flamin’ Hot Cheetos and filled with cream cheese frosting. There’s also a spicy cheese crisp streusel on top and it is garnished with extra cheese crisps and a lime wedge. This is one of the more unique Crumbl cookie flavors we’ve seen in a very long time and we’re intrigued by the introduction of savory spice in this way.
- Wild Cherry Blue Razz Slushy Cookie ― One of the very best things available in a gas station is, of course, a slushy. Regardless of the gas station, it’s become a nationwide standard and staple. So when Crumbl was designing a menu based off the gas station snacks that fuel summer road trips, slushies had to be included in someway. They make it with a base of a tart lemon cookie that has been rolled in sugar. After baking, there’s a back-and-forth the zigzag pattern of swirled blue raspberry and cherry mousses. The cookie is served chilled and finished with extra sugar crystals on top, mimicking that icy texture.
- Honey Bun Cookie ― Little Debbie and Hostess snacks are pretty much as iconic as gas station sweets get. And there are few petite sweets as distinct and iconic as a Honey Bun. So, naturally, Crumbl had to cookie-ify it. The tender cookie is swirled with cinnamon, and it is dunked in a thin golden honey butter glaze that gives it that classic sheen.
- Berry Limeade Cookie ft. NERDS® Gummy Clusters ― Listen folks, we here it Sporked are huge fans of Nerds Gummy Clusters. They’re chewy, tart, sweet, and crunchy all at the same time. And we love cookies too. So putting them together must be no brainer, right? Well, that’s what Crumbl has done with this cookie. It’s a purple lime cookie rolled in sugar. After baking, it’s topped with a marbled strawberry lemon buttercream and a mixture of Nerds Rainbow Gummy Clusters and Nerds candy. Of course, we’re incredibly curious about this new flavor.
- SNICKERS® Peanut Butter Cookie ― What is a road trip without a trip down the candy bar aisle? And, what candy bar is more iconic than a Snickers? Well, Crumbl’s newest cookie sounds like it’s a flavor for the books. It’s a peanut butter cookie with chunks of Snickers baked in. It’s then covered in a caramel buttercream and more chunks of Snickers. Lastly, there is a drizzle of smooth milk chocolate on top to really give it that illusion of a chocolate coating. It doesn’t sound like there’s much to dislike about this cookie.
- White Drop Cookie ft. HERSHEY’S Cookies ‘n’ Creme ― This cookie’s served up warm with chunks of cookies and cream baked into the dough. It’s topped with melted Hershey’s Cookies ‘n’ Cream and white drop pieces. And, it’s final garnish is a single square of a Hershey’s Cookies ‘n’ Cream candy bar. Honestly, this one sounds a little bit boring. But if this is a candy you are particularly fond of, then it’s an exciting launch indeed.
- S’mores Cookie Thins (Set of 2) ― Back for yet another week this summer are these S’mores Cookie Thins. And they haven’t changed. They are sold as a set of two thin graham cookies with a marshmallow baked in. They’re drizzled with milk chocolate to round out those iconic s’mores flavors.
Returning Classics
The classic flavors are back to normal this week, after their brief trip to the thin side. And while it was exciting to see a total menu swap like we did last week, things are classic for a reason―and even Crumbl can acknowledge that.
- Pink Sugar Cookie ― This is a classic almond sugar cookie with a swirl of pink almond frosting. As far as Crumbl cookies go, this is the quintessential bite.
- Brownie Batter Cookie ― This cookie has brownie batter and semi-sweet chocolate chip chips baked into the chocolate dough. It’s gooey, chewy, and oh so classic.
- Chocolate Chip Cookie ― Of course, what is a cookie store without their version of a chocolate chip cookie? This warm brown sugar cookie is filled with tons of milk chocolate chips and semi-sweet chocolate chunks. There’s a bit of variety, but ultimately, it’s the classic we all know and love.
- S’mores Cookie ― This is the cookie thins’ original counterpart. And what the cookie thins provide in crisp snack-ability, this has in ooey-gooey chewiness. It is a classic graham cracker cookie with a melty marshmallow baked on top. And, naturally, it’s finished with a chocolate drizzle and buttery graham cracker crumbs.
