KFC Has A New Flamin’ Hot Cheetos Menu (And We Have Serious FOMO)

There are certain fast-food collaborations that make perfect sense the second they’re announced. And then are the ones that make someone stop scrolling for a second. KFC’s new Flamin’ Hot Cheetos menu in Canada falls somewhere in between and it’s giving American fans a pretty good reason to be jealous.

The Flamin’ Hot Chicken Sandwich Is Here

The new Flamin’ Hot Chicken Sandwich brings Flamin’ Hot Cheetos flavor to KFC’s crispy chicken.

It sounds messy; it sounds spicy; it sounds delicious and it looks like it could leave a crazy amount of seasoning on someone’s fingers.

The Flamin’ Hot Fries also bring that same spicy Cheetos flavor to KFC’s fries. And because apparently seasoning the fries wasn’t enough, there’s also Cheetos Flamin’ Hot dipping sauce. The sauce can be used with fries, tenders or pretty much whatever else is sitting on the tray. I think the sauce could be the sleeper hit of the whole menu.

And Then KFC Made A Cheetos Soda

Then comes the menu item that really makes people do a double take: the Cheetos Dirty Soda.

According to KFC Canada, the drink starts with Orange Crush, then gets vanilla cold foam and a topping of crunchy Flamin’ Hot Cheetos. Yes, crunchy Cheetos. On soda.

It sounds strange, but that is also what makes it so tempting to try. The Orange Crush brings the sweet orange soda flavor, the vanilla cold foam adds a creamy finish, and the Flamin’ Hot Cheetos provide the salty, spicy crunch on top.

Canada Gets It First

Canadian KFC fans can get their hands on the new menu right now if they are KFC Rewards members. Early access is available through the KFC app before the lineup launches nationwide in Canada on August 31st.

So while Rewards members a little head start, for everyone else in Canada, the wait is almost over.

For American fans, unfortunately, there is no similar countdown.

The U.S. Could Really Use This

There’s no shortage of Flamin’ Hot Cheetos fans in the U.S., and KFC already has most of the ingredients needed to make this work. The Flamin’ Hot Chicken Sandwich already sounds like an easy sell and the fries make even more sense. So, KFC fans across social media have been calling for the Flamin’ Hot Cheetos menu to come to the U.S.

And while the Cheetos Dirty Soda sounds ridiculous, sometimes the most ridiculous fast-food ideas are the ones worth trying.

For now, though, KFC has no plans on bringing this menu to the U.S.
