Easter is right around the corner and you would absolutely know that if you walked into Aldi. They must be legally required to have 50% of their offerings be Easter related at this point. At least it makes things easy when you need to stock up for the festivities. Here’s what’s new at Aldi this week.

Millville Raspberries ‘N Cream or Carrot Cake Pancake Mix (3/18; $3.99)
For the theme of it all, we’ll focus on the latter. It’s worth pointing out that this isn’t just carrot-flavored pancake mix—it comes with cream cheese frosting, too. Too decadent or just decadent enough? We’ll let you decide.
Season’s Choice Sweet Potato Casserole (3/18; $4.95)
I had to recheck the price on this one. Aldi giving us an enormous (and delicious) casserole for less than $5 is the steal of the century! You’re already saving time on cutting up and cooking your own sweet potatoes. The added $$ savings is just the proverbial icing on top!
Emporium Selection Easter Cheese Assortment (3/18; $3.99)
Easter cheese? Sure, why not. Aldi takes their seasonal branding very seriously. So why not toss a wax-coated, egg-shaped piece of aged cheddar into the ol’ Easter basket?
Kirkwood Spring Chicken Nuggets (3/18; $6.29)
First cheese, now chicken nuggets. Aldi’s releasing spring/Easter themed chicken nuggets that come in the shape of eggs, bunnies, flowers, ducks, and butterflies. What ingenuity! Dino shaped nuggies wish they were this cool.
Specially Selected Spring Assortment Macarons (3/18; $9.99)
A perfect light dessert after a heavy Easter dinner, no? In this assortment you get 24 delicate sandwich cookies in six flavors: raspberry, blueberry, blood orange, pistachio, coconut, and lemon.
Fremont Fish Market Bay Scallops (3/18; $6.99)
The perfect thing to grab if you’re sick of Easter ham. These itty-bitty scallops, which you’ll find in the frozen aisle, are perfect for springy pasta dishes.
Other stuff to keep an eye out for this month…
Clancy’s Carrot Cake or Sweet Vanilla Kettle Corn
Add these to the snack table at your Easter celebrations or grab them last minute for any Oscar’s watch parties you may be heading out to.
Benner Tea Party Gift Set
Bring this along to give your host on Easter Sunday or get it for yourself for your hard work in the kitchen.
Benton’s Puff Pastry Squares
Snack on these apricot puff pastry squares by themselves or get a complimentary jam to spread on them for a bit of breakfast.
Mama Cozzi’s Cheese Stuffed Breadsticks
Not exactly in line with the Easter theme, but appreciated nonetheless. Cheese-stuffed anything makes the cut in my freezer, so I will be getting a box or two of these.
Specially Selected Wild Caught Patagonian Scallops
If the bay scallops aren’t what you were looking for, here’s another option for you! Aldi must have got a heck of a deal on scallops this month.
PurAqua Sparkling Frost Sours
Aldi is bringing four new flavors to their PurAqua lineup this month. Coming into the mix, all in sour form, are watermelon, peach, cherry, and apple.
