A New LaCroix Flavor Just Dropped and It Sounds Summery as Hell

It’s Monday, which means you’re probably feeling a little dehydrated. Maybe you partied too hard at Outside Lands. Maybe you partied too hard at your local bar. Maybe you didn’t party at all, but you’re one of those people who have an aversion to water because it “doesn’t taste like anything,” so you’re consistently teetering on the brink of needing to be hooked up to a bag of IV fluids.

No matter the case, you’re thirsty and we have good news for thirsty people: A new LaCroix flavor just dropped and it sounds highly refreshing and summery. That’s right, make some room in the fridge before fall rolls around because Strawberry Peach LaCroix is hitting stores now. According to LaCroix, this new flavor is a harmonious blend of the vibrant sweetness of strawberries and the juiciness of peaches. Basically, just reimagine the cheese-and-grape scene in Ratatouille with a peach, a strawberry, and deliciously effervescent carbonation. The flavor has just hit select retailers and will soon be available nationwide. Or, if you really were partying too hard at Outside Lands this weekend sweating it out to Sabrina Carpenter, you may have gotten a sneak sip of it it at the LaCroix booth.

Is this a LaCroix to enjoy (that was a rhyme, see)?

LaCroix seems to have high hopes for this flavor—on social media they promised nothing less than “delightful sips of bliss”—and we’re similarly hopeful. LaCroix’s Peach-Pear is among our top three favorite LaCroix flavors, and our only complaint was that it could use more peach in the mix, so perhaps this new flavor will pack more of that vibrant, stone fruit flavor. Likewise, we thought Spindrift’s Strawberry Peach was a little lackluster, so perhaps this is the strawberry-peach sparkling water we’ve been so patiently waiting for.

This isn’t a college group project, we don’t just slap names on products around here. If you say this is going to be a combination of sweet strawberry and juicy peach, every blissful sip better deliver strawberry and peach, full strength. Now if you’ll excuse me, I have to get back to hydrating myself.
