New Vlasic Pickle Snacks Are Coming!

A few months ago, renowned pickle-making brand Vlasic hit us with a new snack we didn’t know we needed: Pickle Balls. And, in a year that is shaping up to be pretty pickle-heavy, it’s no surprise that Vlasic doesn’t seem to be done just yet. We got a sneak peek at a few more of Vlasic’s pickle-themed snacks coming this year at the CAGNY Conference (that’s the Consumer Analyst Group of New York Conference). Here’s the scoop.

Spicy Pickle Balls

Vlasic is taking their already popular Pickle Balls and upping the ante with some heat. Enter Vlasic Pickle Balls Spicy Dill Pickle Corn Puffs. The packaging seems to show off some sort of Flamin Hot Cheeto-esque dusting on the Pickle Balls, and advertises a “Spicy Crunch.” According to Vlasic, they’ll be available in the same 2oz bags that the regular Pickle Balls are available in.

While we don’t have a date on these just yet, it’s safe to assume we’ll be seeing them sooner than later. We expect to see the Spicy Pickle Balls available at the same places as the original Pickle Balls: Speedway, 7-Eleven, Amazon, and their website, amongst other retailers.

Frozen Fried Pickles

Vlasic is heading to the frozen aisle for the first time ever. The company has announced that they intend on releasing frozen Crispy Fried Pickles. While, at first glance, these pickle chips do appear just like your average grocery store frozen fried pickle situation, I have high hopes that Vlasic will bring a high quality product that I am sure will be exquisite in the air fryer. I’m cleaning mine out in preparation now! We don’t have a date on these, unfortunately, but we anticipate that they will be available in the frozen section of most major retailers.
