Red Bull doesn’t know how to slow down. It’s almost like the Red Bull flavor scientists are hooked up to a never-ending supply of their flagship product. At the same time Red Bull was releasing the new super-tart Pink Edition, they quietly released a sugarless variant of a fan-favorite flavor. Yes, Red Bull Sea Blue Edition is now available as a sugarfree Red Bull flavor.
What does Red Bull Sea Blue Edition taste like?
I haven’t picked up a regular Red Bull Sea Blue Edition since it launched in 2023 as that year’s Summer Edition. That said, we know Red Bull Sea Blue Edition is “Juneberry” flavored per the description on the can. I put “Juneberry” in quotes because this fruit has so many names depending on your region/culture. Juneberry is also known as sarvisberry, saskatoon (the namesake for the Canadian city), chuckley pear, and the most interesting one: sugarplum.
This is a sugarplum-flavored Red Bull?
That’s right, this is a sugarplum-flavored Red Bull that didn’t start as a Winter Edition. That seems like a real missed opportunity. Sugarplum is definitely more seasonally appropriate than, say, Iced Vanilla Berry. Sure, sugarplum as we know it in the holiday carol context actually refers to a particular hard candy instead of this or any other fruit, but the public doesn’t know that! I only learned that in the process of writing this article; Red Bull totally could have gotten away with a Sugarplum (Juneberry) Winter Edition.
But, we’re here to talk about Red Bull Sea Blue Sugarfree Edition. Let’s get into it and find out how it stacks up to the full sugar version.
Where can I find this new Red Bull flavor for myself?
As of now, this should be available anywhere you can find a good Red Bull selection. That said, it’ll be easiest to find at Walmart. If you didn’t already know, Walmart reliably stocks new Red Bull variants a full month before any other store; there’s simply no better place to find a wide range of Red Bull flavors.

Red Bull has seriously made some questionable decisions with discontinuing certain flavors. As an avid Red Bull Drinker I’m pretty discouraged with what is left to choose from flavor wise as Red Bull has now discontinued my second favorite flavored Red Bull First No more Cranberry and now no more Peach WTF Red Bull get your sh*t together. These flavors that you’re releasing all taste like SH*T but you choose to discontinue the good ones. Make it make sense please
It’s only available at Walmart. It hits gas stations nationwide on February 26 and also the new spring flavor as well grapefruit and blossom
