Sam’s Club’s PSL Cake Is Here

There’s no point in pretending that we’re not in pumpkin spice season anymore. We’re in the thick of it, folks. Yes, logically, we’re still a month and change away from falling fully into cozy vibes and comfy sweaters – but judging by the arrival of all things pumpkin spice on supermarket shelves (Flipz’ new pumpkin spice pretzels being just one of them), it’s time to sit back, clutch your latte cup with both hands, and stare serenity out of the window at the falling leaves.

Member’s Mark Pumpkin Spice Latte Cake

This week, reliable Sam’s Club product tracker @samsclubfavorites revealed on TikTok that the store is now stocking its Member’s Mark Pumpkin Spice Latte Cake. This layered cake stacks up pumpkin-flavored sponge and latte frosting, topping it with whipped cream swirls and chocolate pearls. It’s made for sharing – you could probably get a good six slices out of it, depending on how generous you’re feeling – and it comes in at just under $17, although prices may vary from store to store. 

Availability may also vary. Some Sam’s Club customers have noted that this cake hasn’t arrived in their stores yet – but given that we’re still relatively early on in PSL season, it might just take a bit of time for them to roll out. All in good time, people, all in good time.

Pumpkin Spice And Sam’s Club: A Love Affair

This isn’t the first time Sam’s Club has stocked a pumpkin spice-flavored item in its bakery section, and nor is it the only pumpkin spice item it’s got this year. Back in 2022, it dropped a Pumpkin Cookie Butter Bar cake that its customers still talk about to this day. With pumpkin cake, cookie butter mousse, and graham cracker streusel, it’s not entirely dissimilar to the Pumpkin Spice Latte Cake on offer now.

A couple of items down from this year’s cake, you’ll also be able to find the store’s Pumpkin Swirl Blondie. These dropped even earlier than the Pumpkin Spice Latte Cake did: Customers reported finding them at the start of July, which I think we can all agree is wildly ahead of schedule. But I digress. These chewy pumpkin blondies are swirled with cream cheese and baked until golden brown, and they sound, if I do say so myself, pretty good. Sam’s Club’s lemon bar version was one of our July top picks, so we’re all-in on the blondies it makes right now.
