What’s not to love about lasagna? It’s cheesy, saucy, and the closest we can get to a socially acceptable savory cake. Now, what if I told you it’s possible to have your savory cake and drink it too? On November 14th, 2022, Stouffer’s will release a lasagna-flavored Bloody Mary mix on its merch store at noon EST. What will it cost to make the ultimate brunch drink yours? Nothing at all, as Stouffer’s won’t be charging for the mix while supplies last. The free bottle of lasagna-inspired bloody mary mix will also come with a recipe card and a voucher for a free Stouffer’s lasagna.
Whether you like your Bloody Marys with or without booze, Sporked and Stouffer’s both agree that garnishes are absolutely necessary! The iconic, herb-seasoned flavor of Stouffer’s lasagna encourages you to be a little more free with your garnishes of choice. Of course, more traditional garnishes such as celery stalks and cherry tomatoes would do nicely, but why not serve your cocktail a skewered square of that free lasagna?
