This week at Crumbl Cookie, they’re calling for celebration. And it’s not just any celebration, oh no, this week is Crumbl’s 9th birthday. I’m sure it will come as little surprise, but Crumbl is naturally going all out with birthday-inspired cookies and treats. Here’s everything to look forward to during the celebratory week ahead.

A Festive Lineup

The first six cookies and sweets represented on this week’s menu are part of their rotating collection to keep their menu interesting. This week, we see two non-cookie items, one of which is a returning menu item from last week.

  • Pink Sugar Cookie Cake This first item is perfectly suited for a Crumbl birthday since it takes their most iconic cookie, the Pink Sugar Cookie, and turns it into a layered cake. The miniature cake layers themselves are sugar cookie flavored, and the frosting between the layers and on top is the same pale pink buttercream delicately flavored with almond as the cookies themselves.
  • Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake Cookie — This second cookie takes the alternative route to celebratory cakes, but seems quite apt for a brand built off of beloved cookies. Having a miniature cookie cake on the lineup just feels right. This one takes their chocolate chip cookie dough and bakes it skillet-style before getting topped with swirls of fudge frosting and confetti sprinkles.
  • Dubai-Style Chocolate Brownie — This brownie is our returning menu item from last week’s fan-favorites collection, so we’ve got to assume that this is Crumbl’s birthday gift to its biggest fans. It’s a chilled brownie topped with a layer of pistachio Kataifi filling and milk chocolate top. It’s garnished with a final drizzle of pistachio cream.
  • Strawberry Biscoff® Cookie — Okay, we’re not quite sure how this cookie plays into the birthday theme for this week. But if we were served this on our birthday, we certainly wouldn’t be complaining. The cookie dough itself is packed with Biscoff flavor with a melty core of Biscoff. It’s topped with a strawberry jam cream cheese frosting, and both the cookie and frosting have a crunchy Biscoff topping. For garnish, this cookie is topped with a single strawberry slice.
  • Birthday Cake Cookie ft. OREO® — Birthday cake Oreos are one of those cookies we don’t need to have on hand at all times, but when the craving hits it’s insatiable. There’s something so addicting about this flavor of Oreo, so we can only imagine that the Crumbl version of this cookie is addictive too. This thick cookie itself is made with actual Oreo pieces and is topped with a cake batter cream cheese frosting. It’s then garnished with sprinkles and Oreo crumbs.
  • Cake Batter Blondie Cookie — The final cookie being offered in this celebratory lineup is this cake batter cookie. It’s made with a cake batter dough that has sprinkles and white drops mixed throughout. It seems as though the exterior of the cookie is rolled in more rainbow sprinkles before baking to really drive home that festive spirit.

Returning Classics

As always, Crumbl keeps a couple cookies on the menu that serve as constants in their ever-evolving cycle of flavors. This week, as per the last few months, it’s just two cookies that have earned this spot.

  • Chocolate Chip Cookie — While this cookie might not compare to your mom’s classic chocolate chip cookie recipe, it’s served warm to give you that same home-cooked comfort. Their brown sugar cookie dough is mixed with semi-sweet chocolate chunks and milk chocolate chips.
  • Pink Sugar Cookie — Of course, a Crumbl menu lineup isn’t complete without their Pink Sugar Cookie. The almond sugar cookie is topped with a swoop of silky almond frosting styled in Crumbl’s iconic pale pink color.
