Tim Hortons’ Fall 2026 Menu Is Already Here

Summer is still hanging around, but Tim Hortons is already thinking about fall. So the Pumpkin Spice is back for another year, while Tim Hortons is also introducing a Cinnamon Caramel Apple lineup, and it’s got a lot of people excited.

The coffee chain has not officially revealed its Fall 2026 menu, but the menu was confirmed in an Instagram post by food creator @markie_devo, saying “Fall is about to be in full swing over here.”

Pumpkin Spice Favorites Are Back

No fall menu feels complete without pumpkin spice and Tim Hortons is bringing back three seasonal favorites.

The Pumpkin Spice Latte returns as a creamy espresso drink made with pumpkin spice-flavored syrup. It can be ordered hot or iced and comes topped with whipped cream and a pumpkin spice-flavored drizzle. Fans looking for something colder can grab the Pumpkin Spice Iced Capp, which blends the chain’s signature frozen drink with pumpkin spice syrup before topping it with whipped cream and another drizzle of pumpkin spice flavor.

And no fall menu feels complete without a donut. So the Pumpkin Spice Donut is also returning. It’s a soft crinkle ring donut with pumpkin spice flavor that’s lightly coated in a sweet glaze. Simple? Yes. Delicious? Also yes.

Say Hello To Cinnamon Caramel Apple

If pumpkin spice has been getting all the attention, Cinnamon Caramel Apple is ready to change that. Three drinks are available this fall: the Cinnamon Caramel Apple Latte, Cinnamon Caramel Apple Iced Latte, and Cinnamon Caramel Apple Coffee.

Each drink is made with sweet caramel apple flavored syrup and finished with a sprinkle of cinnamon. 

August 12th Is Going To Be A Busy Day

The fall menu isn’t the only thing arriving on August 12th. On the same day, Tim Hortons restaurants in Canada will begin serving an exclusive Harry Potter menu to celebrate Back to Hogwarts and the 25th anniversary of the Harry Potter brand.

According to Tim Hortons’ Chief Marketing Officer, Hope Bagozzi, a lot of items will be available, “from donuts inspired by each Hogwarts House” and even “Forbidden Forest inspired drinks.”

So, while fans in Canada check out the Harry Potter menu, U.S. fans will have access to the fall menu. Talk about perfect timing.

Fall Flavors Are Arriving Early

Coffee chains seem to start fall earlier every year and Tim Hortons is keeping the tradition alive. The last fall menu arrived towards the end of August, but this one is coming pretty early. The Tim Hortons Fall 2026 menu will be available at participating U.S. locations starting August 12th for a limited time.

Whether your first pick is the classic Pumpkin Spice Latte or the Cinnamon Caramel Apple Coffee, there will be plenty of exciting flavors waiting for you when the menu launches.
