Two New Baja Blast Flavors Are Hitting Stores Now

What’s the appropriate gift to celebrate a 20-year anniversary? A platinum-dipped rose? Fine china? A hastily signed Hallmark card to denounce accusations that “you forgot” when you wrongly answered “Saturday”’ to the question, “What’s today?” Well, if you’re Mtn Dew, you celebrate the 20th anniversary of the release of Baja Blast—otherwise known as its 20th “Bajaversery”—by giving the gift of…even more Baja Blast. Earlier this year, it was revealed that Mtn Dew is releasing Baja Blast as a permanent flavor in stores. And now, two new Baja Blast flavors (both limited edition) are officially hitting stores. Say hello to Mtn Dew Baja Blast Laguna Lemonade and Mtn Dew Baja Blast Point Break Punch.

What do we know about these two new Dews?

As of now we know that Laguna Lemonade—the yellow Dew promoted by a surfing macaw—is a mango lemonade-flavored soda. On the other hand, the pleasantly dark pink Mtn Dew Point Break Punch is reportedly raspberry-pineapple-cherry flavored. Neither new Baja Blast flavor contains fruit juice, but we suspect you’re not in it for the juice anyway.

According to Mtn Dew, these two new, limited edition Dews are available in stores nationwide in 20 oz bottles, 12 oz 12-packs, and 12 oz 28-packs, and they’re in stores now, though you may need to use their website’s product locator to find where they are near you (some fans have reported having difficulty finding the new Dew flavors).

If you dew find these Dews, there’s a chance you could be rewarded for your search. As part of their Bajaversery, Mtn Dew has put out prizes and sweepstakes for its fans that can be obtained/entered using coins gained by scanning Mtn Dew products. So it’s time to get out there, search high and low for Laguna Lemonade and Point Break Punch, and then maybe we all fulfill our collective dream of being decked out in Mtn Dew merch.
