We Tried Tast!ez New Mozzarella Sticks & Now We Have A New Favorite

Tast!ez is doing some really cool stuff with mozzarella sticks and if you’re a fan of the frozen appetizer, you’ll want to listen up. We managed to get our hands on three new frozen goodies from the company’s Flavor-Fulls lineup to see if they were worth real estate in our freezers, and it’s safe to say we were super impressed with the outcome. We used an air fryer to prepare all three, so the result was as crunchy as possible. Mini Marinara

Everyone knows mozzarella sticks perform at their tastiest when dunked into a hot dish of marinara sauce. But what if a company just put the marinara sauce inside the mozzarella stick? Well, that’s exactly what Tast!ez did here and it’s amazing. Every bite delivers a crunchy breading, gooey cheese pull, and a zesty punch of marinara sauce in the center for a mozzarella stick you don’t actually need to dunk to enjoy.

Mini Creamy Garlic

We don’t know about you, but any time we hear the words “creamy garlic” our stomachs grow extra excited. So, when those two delicious words join forces with mozzarella sticks, we know we’re in for a treat, and Tast!ez did not disappoint. These were fantastic, with every bite delivering not only the gooey, salty mozzarella flavor but a zesty kick of rich garlic taste. The one-two favor combo worked especially well tucked inside a crunchy coating. The creamy garlic flavor is so punchy that you really don’t even need to dunk these in marinara sauce for maximum enjoyment. 

Cheddar & Bacon Potato Bites

Although these aren’t technically mozzarella sticks (they’re made with cheddar), they absolutely deserve a spot alongside the other options. These little bite-sized morsels taste like a loaded baked potato with a crunchy, deep-fried coating. The gooey cheddar cheese center is packed with savory bacon bits for a salty kick and the creamy potato gives each bite a heartier feel than regular mozzarella sticks. These are perfect to serve alongside actual mozzarella sticks to give guests a change in flavor and texture.
