Does anyone personally know the chefs behind the Kirkland Signature bakery? Listen, I know it’s probably a high-pressure job as it is, but I gotta say, I just feel like it’s been too long since we’ve seen something new and buzzy at the Costco bakery. When I put together these roundups of what to buy at Costco for the week, I always check the bakery and, once again, I came up short this week. Don’t worry—I grabbed a cart (which I almost never do), set about exploring the other sections of the store, and found some pretty fun stuff to add to your Costco grocery haul. We’ll check the bakery AGAIN next week—I won’t be deterred!

Annie’s Neapolitan Organic Bunny Grahams
There are two types of people in this world: those who love every flavor in a tub of Neapolitan ice cream and those who prefer one or two flavors, and then pawn off the leftovers on their friends and family. I’m the latter. This big bag of small cookies from Costco that come with vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry grahams looks enticing. Consider my DMs open though for anyone who wants the strawberry grahams after I devour the others.
