Wow Aldi, you’ve really outdone yourself this week! Did you do this all for me? Certainly I’m on your radar by now. I choose to live in a delusional world where that’s true. Looking at this week’s lineup of new products, I’m starting to really buy my lie. Two powerhouse breakfast products (my favorite meal of the day), an ode to my homeland (cheesy Minnesota), and a few meal kits (I truly cannot be bothered to cook from scratch most days). They really have it all. I’m actually crying right now at the beauty. Anyway, I’ve gushed for far too long. Let’s get into these deals!

Breakfast Best Breakfast Bites French Toast Meatballs (5/27; $6.49)
I’ve already fawned over these already in our Aldi May preview. I’ll give it some more, though! Pork meatballs with maple-y French toast bits thrown in. All you need for a breakfast feast in one. Do I feel a little weird eating meatballs for breakfast? Sure, but I’ll give them a shot regardless.
Breakfast Best Mini Sausage & Pancake Bites (5/27; $6.29)
If breakfast meatballs are a little too odd for you but you still want something fun to start your day, Aldi’s got you covered. They’re also releasing mini sausage and pancake bites this week. While they’re not a new concept by any means, pancake-coated sausages are still just as exciting to eat as they’ve always been.
Appetitos Breaded Cheese Curds (5/27; $4.99)
I would give anything for Culver’s to make their way to Los Angeles. Or any restaurant that has cheese curds on their menu, for that matter. This city is a real desert when it comes to craveable deep fried chunks of cheese. Thankfully, we do have an Aldi not too far from me and now that they’re stocking breaded cheese curds in their freezer, we can all get our fix.
Bremer Basil Parmesan Chicken (5/27; $4.99)
Admittedly, there is nothing earth-shattering about a basil parmesan chicken. It is, however, a scrumptious-sounding, easy-to-throw-together option for dinner. Add this to the rotation of meal kits you grab when you’re out shopping and you’ll have a great option for when you can’t be bothered to get the apron out.
ALDI Asian or Szechuan Stir Fry (5/27; $4.29)
“Asian stir-fry” isn’t very descriptive so let me fill in some gaps. Aldi is releasing two stir-fries this week. The first of which is made up of: broccoli, carrots, baby corn, sugar snap peas, mushrooms, and red bell peppers all in a savory sauce. While I would have liked more description on the “savory sauce,” this one’s worth checking out at least once. The Szechuan stir-fry at least gives us a little more. Szechuan is a known flavor; it’s sweet, sour, and has a bit of a numbing kick. These could benefit from a protein thrown in so be sure to grab something to go with them.
