What’s New At Costco This Week (Featuring A Viral Trend That’s Still Going)

I’m surprised that Costco’s hopping on this trend. It’s not that I don’t think Costco is cool. I just didn’t know this bakery was selling their viral dessert in grocery stores. I thought that was an in-person exclusive. And then the countless other copycats that have popped up, obviously. That’s on me for underestimating Costco. I promise it won’t happen again. I should stop teasing, though. Here are the new foods that are at Costco this week.

Dotcakes Classic Vanilla and Chocolate Cakes Cups

The viral trend has finally made its way to Costco! This six pack includes three vanilla and three chocolate cakes that are frosted and adorned with the infamous nonpareil sprinkles. These would make for the perfect thing to grab from Costco before a little dinner gathering at your house. These dotcakes are cute and impressive, but ready to go right from the store.

La Roma Naccia Pesto Mozzarella Pinsa

On paper, this pinsa isn’t anything special. It’s essentially just a flatbread pizza with the filling inside. It looks so much better than the description though. Bright Italian pesto fills the inside of a light, airy, and crispy dough. Each bite delivers a serving of gooey mozzarella cheese. We definitely have to check this one out from Costco.

Prana Blueberry Muffin Overnight Chia Oats

Save yourself the headache of trying to make breakfast before a full day of work. Prana’s blueberry muffin overnight oats are also full of protein so you’ll actually be full after one cup. Costco sells this in a bag that comes with a dozen servings so you can easily fit this into your routine if you’re one to make a trip every two weeks or so.

Candy Shop Cocoa Mix Variety Pack

I guess hot chocolate is really having a moment. This candy shop variety pack comes with four candy inspired flavors: Hershey’s Milk Chocolate, Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup, Hershey’s Cookies ’N’ Creme, and York Peppermint Patty. This pack from Costco comes with 24 packets of hot chocolate, so if you’re a real fanatic for the stuff you may need to get a couple boxes to make it through the winter.

Bistro Style Potato Wedges

Three honkin’ pounds of potato wedges! That’s the Costco way. These potato wedges come fully seasoned with added garlic cloves and thyme that’s thrown into the mix as well. Just lay these out on a sheet tray and cook them up while you finish the main course on the stove top!
