Egg on my face. Truly. I spent an entire article sharing my love for Costco’s new mini pain au chocolat and I didn’t even think to add it into the haul last week. How did I manage that?! I’m here to right my wrongs. Please forgive me, oh short fluffy ones. I am here to fix my mistake. Here are the five new items you have to check out at Costco this week!

King’s Hawaiian Cinnamon Bites
I am hoping and praying that these won’t sell out any time soon because I will not be back at my local Costco for a week―a week of misery and torture, thinking of these King’s Hawaiian cinnamon bites and how badly I want them. I just know these are going to hit straight from the tub or send me into orbit when they get nuked in the microwave for a few seconds.
Norse Roots Beef Tallow Ketchup Potato Sticks
Oof. I think there’s just about every buzz word you could manage to fit into one product. It’s giving manosphere and I’m afraid of it. But my job here is to share all the new products that we can find at Costco, so I’d be remiss if I left it out. Surely someone out there’s excited to hear about Norse Roots beef tallow ketchup potato sticks and I’m happy for you.
Urban Bistro Apple Pie Squares with Cranberries
While I wouldn’t initially think to put cranberries into my apple pie squares if I were making them, I can see the thought process here. Cranberries are a fall food so they deserve to sneak their way into our apple pie. These treats from Costco are essentially apple pie Pizza Pockets and I love the idea of heating one of these up for a quick dessert.
Kirkland Signature Mini Pain Au Chocolat
I’ve already gushed over these cutie little chocolate croissants that Costco just released. The TL;DR is that they’re cute, they look delicious, and you can get 20 of them for under $12! This is truly the easiest way to level up a brunch platter for your next weekend hang.
Bibigo Korean BBQ-Style Pizza
We are big fans of Bibigo here at Sporked. It’s hard not to be. They’re making plump and juicy foods straight out of your freezing freezer. We even tried this pizza when it was initially released as a Red Baron collab. It’s spicy, it’s got a bit of crunch to it, and you can now get it in a two pack at Costco.
