This is a refreshing week at Costco. There’s a lineup of foods that are just enjoyable in their own right. We don’t have to have a theme for the week and we don’t have to just stick to snacks. There are actual meals ahead! And desserts! And a side to your morning breakfast. Wow, we really have options. Here are the new foods that you can find at Costco this week.

Cuisine Innovations Braised Short Rib Ravioli

Winter is a-comin’ and we’ve got to get prepared! A short rib stuffed ravioli sounds perfect for the job. You can keep in the back of the freezer for the moment you need a rib-sticking meal most. That’s a convenience that you can only find at Costco! Okay, legally, I’m required to say that statement is not true in the slightest, but it sounds reassuring.

Thrifty Ice Cream Cookies ‘N Cream Ice Cream Cups

Just what we need after that hearty meal! Some ice cream to wash it all down. Thrifty is a solid brand that fits quite well into Costco. They’re not the luxury brand of the aisle, but they’re going to give you exactly what you want―a bowl (or cup in this instance) of ice cream to end your day on a high note.

Bento Onigiri Rice Balls 6 Pack

This one’s for the people that didn’t quite fit in a trip to Japan over the summer. A six pack of onigiri rice balls from Costco that come in flavors of tuna mayo, spicy crab, and teriyaki salmon is basically the next best thing. Throw one of these into your lunch to live out your anime fantasies while you maximize that shareholder value!

Copper Kettle Pistachio Caramel Clusters

It’s been so long since I’ve seen a pistachio product that doesn’t market itself as Dubai chocolate. I almost fainted at the sight of this beauty. While it technically has a similar vibe as Dubai chocolate, I’d say it’s decidedly its own thing and for that we thank Copper Kettle and Costco for saving us from the saturated market.

Organic Bellwether A2 Whole Milk Yogurt

This may look like any normal yogurt that you can buy in bulk but the A2 is the key factor here. Basically, this yogurt from Costco is made from cows that have a closer milk structure to the milk that we naturally drink. That means you, my lactose intolerant friend, can enjoy yogurt once more! Thank goodness we can get this two-pack of massive tubs from Costco.
