It’s Monday (boo) but that means it’s time for another batch of Crumbl cookies of the week (yay). We’re in that in-between zone right now. Valentine’s Day is over and it’s too early for brands to go full St. Paddy’s Day or Easter. The theme of this time of year? For most of the country it’s apparently “multiple feet of snow.” But that’s not much of a theme for cookies. So, Crumbl decided to just go ahead and give us a piece of cake instead. You’ll see what I mean.

Here are the four Crumbl cookies of the week (plus this week’s Thins Thursday treat).

Pink Velvet Cake Cookie

How is pink velvet different from red velvet? While both cakes have a buttermilk-based batter, pink velvet cake doesn’t contain cocoa powder, while red velvet cake does. Plus, ya know, pink velvet cake is pink. Served warm, this pink velvet cookie is described as a “velvety cake batter cookie” and it’s iced with vanilla cream cheese frosting with a topping of pink velvet cookie crumbs.

Mallow Sandwich Cookie ft. Oreo

Does Oreo’s parent company Mondelez have a stake in Crumbl? Because Oreo cookies have been showing up every week in Crumbl’s line-up. This time, we’re getting two chocolate cookies made with Oreo cookie pieces, sandwiching cream studded with brownie pieces. It’s like a more Oreo’d Oreo Cakester. (Served chilled.)

Yellow Sheet Cake

Here’s that literal piece of cake I was talking about earlier. This is not a cake-inspired cookie. Or even a cookie inspired cake. It is simply a square of yellow vanilla cake topped with fudge frosting and chocolate sprinkles. Is it really, truly just cake? Yes, Mikey Day, it really is cake.

Lemon Glaze Cookie

This seems nice and springy. It’s a warm lemon cookie topped with lemon glaze and a full, fresh lemon slice. That’ll help take the sting off of shoveling snow for the sixth time today.

S’mores Thins

This week’s Thursday Thins cookie is a s’mores inspired cookie. It’s a graham cracker cookie topped with marshmallow and a drizzle of milk chocolate. Now that’s fun. Isn’t that fun?

Which Crumbl cookie are you buying this week? Drop it in the comments.

About the Author

Justine Sterling

Hi! I’m the editor-in-chief of Sporked. I will never turn down a fresh-shucked oyster but I’ll also leap at whatever new product Reese’s releases and I love a Tostitos Hint of Lime, even if there is no actual lime in the ingredients. Why you should trust me: I have been writing about food and beverages for well over a decade and am an avid at-home cook and snacker. I began my career writing about fine dining and recipes, moved into cocktails and spirits, and now I talk about groceries. If you can eat it or drink it, I’ve probably written about it. What I buy every week: Trader Joe’s dried okra. Appleton Farms prosciutto from Aldi. Some sort of Trader Joe’s cheese (I’m into the aged gouda at the moment). Frozen waffles (usually the Eggo Cinnamon Toast Minis). Spindrift water (loving the Cosmopolitan right now). Favorite ranking: Smoked salmon. Imagine me as Scrooge McDuck but instead of coins I’m diving into a vault of slippery smoked salmon slices. Pure joy. I also found some real steals in that taste test! Least favorite ranking: Canned oysters. I had such high hopes for this but it quickly became a chore. The kitchen smelled like an uncleaned aquarium.
