If you’re heading down to Flavortown, you’re going to need something to keep you hydrated. That seems to be what Guy Fieri’s saying with his new products, anyway. The TV personality and creator of the Flavortown line (and, of course, the mayor of said town full of flavor) is rumored to be teaming up with Waterloo once again to release three new sparkling water flavors, inspired by different desserts. And they sound, well, interesting.

But what are these new flavors? How do they actually taste? And what’s the deal with this collab in the first place? Don’t worry, we’ve got everything you need to know.

New Waterloo x Flavortown Flavors

Per some early listing on store websites and a Reddit sleuth, Guy Fieri and Waterloo’s new sparkling waters will come in three varieties: Coconut Lime Cooler, Root Beer Float, and Apple Pie A La Mode. The inspiration here clearly comes from classic desserts, which we’re very into – Fieri has previously gone bigger and bolder with the options for his Flavortown spiked boozy bevs, but we’re happy to see a somewhat lighter touch here.

These new flavors still haven’t been officially announced. As a result, we don’t have a huge amount of intel about how they actually taste, but the good folks over at Reddit have stated that the Coconut Lime Cooler is the frontrunner so far.

Waterloo: The Honorary Liquid Source for Flavortown

Guy Fieri and Waterloo’s partnership goes all the way back to the good old days of 2025. Last year, the two teamed up to release their first trio of Flavortown options, which were similarly dessert-inspired: The Waterloo Huckleberry Cobbler, Waterloo Spiced Mango Sorbet, and Waterloo Lemon Italian Ice. We tried all of them, and guess what? They were excellent. The Mango and Lemon flavors were definitely the leaders of the pack, but the Huckleberry Cobbler option was also kinda a winner. So all we’re saying is, don’t write off these new ones just yet – if anyone can pull them off, it’ll be the mayor.

Elsewhere, Fieri has been busy expanding his Flavortown empire, to perhaps limited effect. He recently brought out a new duo of aiolis, which featured the chef in his signature pose, with arms crossed, smiling at the camera, on the front. As for how they tasted, though… well, let’s just say that we were way less impressed by the sriracha aioli than the dill pickle-flavored version. We guess you can’t win ‘em all, Guy.
