Liquid Death Feastables Peanut Butter Cup Water Is Really Happening

Last fall, I broke the news that a Liquid Death Feastables collaboration would hit shelves sometime this year. Needless to say, the internet was totally normal about it. Despite the spiky reaction online, Liquid Death Feastables Peanut Butter Cup Sparkling Water is moving forward as planned. We’ve got a little more information to share than we did last October, so let’s dig into what may be the craziest Liquid Death collaboration of the year.

When can we try Liquid Death Feastables Peanut Butter Cup Sparkling Water?

At NACS Expo last year, I was told this candy-flavored drink would release around Halloween 2026–fitting season, to say the least. However, the drink is already popping up on certain retailers’ websites. That has me thinking we may see this Liquid Death Feastables drink hit shelves a little earlier than Halloween. There’s a chance the drink will be in stores sometime soon through Halloween, but that’d signify some wild confidence in the popularity of chocolate-peanut-butter water. (In their defense, the last chocolate Liquid Death flavor sold out in minutes.)

Those retailer listings have also revealed we’ll see this drink hit shelves in both standard Liquid Death formats: 19.2oz tall-boy cans and 6-packs of 12oz cans. Thank goodness.

Is there anything unique about Feastables’ Peanut Butter Cups?

Per Feastables’ website, the brand is committed to ethically sourcing cocoa from well-paid farmers who don’t utilize child labor. (Hopefully, we can all get behind that regardless of how we feel about the brand’s figurehead.) The actual shape of Feastables’ peanut butter cups is also different from the classic ridged edge we’re all used to. These cups have a completely smooth, round edge closer to a Dove chocolate. I’ve never tried them, but I may have to pick up a pack soon to become familiar with the authentic product Liquid Death is aiming for.

Does this sparkling water actually contain peanuts?

That’s one question I don’t have the answer to—yet. I asked the team at Liquid Death’s NACS Expo booth last year; they couldn’t confirm or deny anything since the recipe wasn’t 100% finalized at that time. The ingredients list I found online doesn’t include peanuts, but it does include “Natural Flavor” as a non-specific inclusion. If the drink is 100% peanutless, I expect we’ll see an explicitly-listed “Allergen Free” callout on Liquid Death’s website… once this product is officially revealed.
