We love merch, and we have a particular soft spot for merch that comes from drinks brands. A couple of weeks back, we were discussing Mountain Dew’s new merch drop, which included a snuggie that we really, really liked the look of. Now, Dr Pepper is gracing us with some new pieces to get our hands on – and some of them have been inspired by the return of its Creamy Coconut flavor, which is back following huge demand. Those guys know how to keep us keen.

As well as this, Dr Pepper is dropping some merch pieces that feel very old-school. Let’s check out what it’s got.
Creamy Coconut Collection
First off, let’s begin with its new Creamy Coconut Collection. Dr Pepper has four new items here, which are all available on its website, and which are:
- Creamy Coconut Resort Tee: A light, airy T-shirt in a creamy, yellowy color, with a very vintage-y picture of a can of Dr Pepper Creamy Coconut, surrounded by palm trees and (you guessed it) half a coconut. Perfect for wearing as you stroll from the beach to the bar. This one’s $32.
- Creamy Coconut Resort Towel: Pair your tee with a towel with the same logo but with a base pattern of blue stripes. Perfect for drying yourself off before you stroll from the beach to the bar. $37.
- Creamy Coconut Drink Bucket: Need something to keep all those cans of Creamy Coconut cool? Get yourself one of these buckets, fill it with ice, and away you go. $26.
- Coconut Can Air Freshener: Pop this coconut-scented hanging air freshener in your car, and you can have it smell vaguely like Dr Pepper’s flavor for weeks. And it’s only $4!
Summer Americana Collection
Dr Pepper’s also going retro with its other new merch pieces, and we’ve got a fair few more to choose from here, which are also all available on its website. We won’t list them all as they’re a mere click away, but amongst our favorites are its 10-2-4 Bottle Opener, which is only $12 and which is perfect for cracking open a cold one, its Throwback Patch Pack, which provides a bunch of older, sewable Dr Pepper labels and slogans for $34, and its Gingham Pepper Shirt, which isn’t cheap (it’s $50) but which is certainly pretty stylish. Well, if we do say so ourselves.
This last collection feels very in keeping with the tone of drinks companies this year, as the United States celebrates its 250th anniversary. Everyone from Mountain Dew to Gatorade is leaning into an Americana feel, and Dr Pepper’s simply the latest to get on board. We love that it’s with merch, though.
