Honestly, this intro’s a little too hard for me to write at the moment. I’m too busy dreaming about the pull-apart cinnamon bread I was just writing about. My god, that stuff looks delicious. Why can’t there be a 24-hours Costco near me that I could go grab those at right now? Do not make the same mistake as me. There’s a lot of enticing items coming to Costco this week, so please grab them while you’re there so you don’t find yourself daydreaming about them on your couch.

Kirkland Signature Peaches and Cream Bar Cake
You know it, you love it, and it’s finally back! Costco’s Peaches and Cream Bar Cake is made with three layers of vanilla cake, filled with whipped cream and peach jam. It’s topped with a vibrant peach glaze and delicate white chocolate curls. Grab it for your next picnic and become the most popular person at the park.
Bitchin’ Chips Classic Sea Salt Tortilla Chips
Bitchin’ Sauce has finally given us a pairing for their delicious dips. Those tubs that you get at Costco are a lot, so we need some good tortilla chips to get us through to the very bottom. Bitchin’ fries their new tortilla chips in avocado oil for a nice little touch to set them apart from the standard.
Kirkland Signature Beef and Broccoli with Noodles
A standard meal but freakin’ Costco sized! Costco’s beef and broccoli meal comes with noodles and stir fry sauce. Could you easily throw this together yourself? Sure, but this way you can feed a village with no lead time, so it certainly has its virtues.
Crust & Crumb Tear N’ Share Cinnamon Bun
If ever there was a sign that my prayers are being answered, it’s this latest spicy-sweet baked good at Costco. This ready-to-bake, pull-apart brioche bread, which is topped with real Irish butter, cinnamon, and icing, comes frozen, but it cooks up hot and fresh in about 15 minutes. You better share this with me if you’re getting it any time soon!
Sea Cuisine Guinness Battered Fish Strips
Oddly, Costco is serving up back-to-back Irish offerings and it’s not even St. Patrick’s Day. These Guinness battered fish strips from Costco would be ideal for a fish fry or to just get you through some gloomy weather. Serve them up alongside a Costco-sized bag of fries and you’ve got yourself a feast.
BuzzBallz Fruit Punch Biggies
Summer is coming soon, so naturally Costco is selling BuzzBallz Biggies that are decked out to look like beach balls. What a concept. While we wouldn’t recommend playing catch with this thing, it would still make for a nice addition to a bar right next to a pool.
