This week Costco is bringing two of their well-loved desserts out of the vault. One of which is somehow another pumpkin dessert? That’s just the tip of the iceberg. We’re also getting quite honestly the most fun item I’ve seen at Costco and my favorite dessert from Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams in stores as well. When it rains, it pours! Here are five truly impressive foods that are new to Costco this week.

Spindrift Cranberry Raspberry Sparkling Water
You can now find 24 packs of Spindrift’s cranberry raspberry in your local Costco. I will add one caveat with this inclusion. When we tried every Spindrift flavor, we found that this one was less cranberry raspberry and more so just raspberry. Still, it delivers all the same refreshment when you pull it out of the fridge in between work meetings.
Pilgrim’s Flamin’ Hot Boneless Breaded Chicken Bites
This quite honestly might be the most beautiful thing I’ve ever seen in a Costco store. I fell to my knees and rejoiced at the sight. Flamin’ Hot boneless chicken bites in bulk. This level of whimsy belongs in a Dollar Tree. How lucky are we that Costco gets to partake in the fun as well? It doesn’t get better than this so don’t miss out on the excitement!
Kirkland Signature Pumpkin Cheesecake
First Costco brought back their pumpkin pie, then the pumpkin bar cake, and now the beloved pumpkin cheesecake. This didn’t come as a surprise. It’s been around every year for over a decade. It’s just surprising that we’ve found ourselves in a world where pumpkin can be reinvented this many times over.
Kirkland Signature S’mores Cookies
Speaking of returning bakery items. Costco also chose this week to be the time to bring out their s’mores cookies and we are not mad about it in the slightest. The amount of fireside evenings you have in an average week is about to go up exponentially as the weather gets colder. Make a hell of a snack by toasting up a marshmallow and sandwiching it in between two of these bad boys.
Jeni’s Key Lime Pie Ice Cream Sandwiches
You may not like it, but this is what the perfect Costco item looks like―a delicious treat that only comes in a pack of eight. I know that Costco is all about buying in bulk but we single shoppers deserve luxury in our lives at a reasonable price, too! I can easily get through eight ice cream sandwiches in a reasonable amount of time. Especially when they’re Jeni’s key lime pie ice cream sandwiches (one of my faves from the ice cream shop).
