PopUp Bagels’ Latest Collab Is Perfectly On Trend For 2026

Recently, they’re been expanding into uncharted territory for the average olive oil brand, launching four unique flavors of potato chips. The chips were a hit, putting the brand on the snack map and stretching their market away from just cooking, dipping, and drizzling olive oils in that famous squeezy bottle.

Now, to take Graza’s snack game even further, the brand teamed up with PopUp Bagels for a new umami-forward shmear: Zesty Caesar Cream Cheese. The Caesar shmear is easily the star of this new collab, but the mashup also features a flavor-forward Herby Olive Oil Butter. So if the zest of Caesar is a little too much for your morning, but plain old butter is too bland for your bagel, you know where to turn.

When Can We Get The New Graza x PopUp Products?

Starting on September 24th, 2026, limited-edition Zesty Caesar Cream Cheese—inspired by Graza’s fan-favorite potato chip flavor—will be available at PopUp Bagels locations nationwide. Shortly after, on October 1st, you can snag the Herby Olive Oil Butter featuring Graza’s famous EVOO. However, the herbaceous butter won’t be around for very long. Stop by a PopUp Bagels location between October 1st and 7th if you want to try both items side-by-side. In fact, why not smear a little of both on your favorite savory PopUp bagel?
