Excuse me, Meijer, I wasn’t familiar with your game. I may be from the Midwest, but Meijer hasn’t made its way into Minnesota yet. And it appears that’s a true shame. Looking over their deals for the week, I spotted some actual steals that I’m missing out on. For those of you who are lucky enough to be able to shop at Meijer (they have stores in Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, and Wisconsin), here are some of the best deals at Meijer that I could find for the week ahead.

Meijer Potato Chips, Tortilla Chips, Corn Chips (3 for $6)

Two dollars for a bag of chips?! Meijer has a whole proprietary line of potato chips, tortilla chips, and corn chips in a variety of flavors. And we’re not talking about the basics here. Some standouts from the lineup include Grilled Steak and Onion potato chips, Spicy Guacamole tortilla chips, and Chili Cheese corn chips!

Boston Market Frozen Meals ($2.50)

Truth: $2.50 is a hell of a lot cheaper than any dinner you could get at a restaurant near you—even at an actual Boston Market! Do those still exist? Gosh, I hope so. Anyway, back to the point. Keeping it real with you, Boston Market’s frozen meals had us a little less than truly excited when we tried them. But the Sporked crew did the dirty work so you can avoid the duds!

Jack’s Frozen Thin Crust Pizza (3 for $10)

Jack’s frozen pizzas basically raised me and for that I love them unconditionally—but I love them even more when they’re on sale. Stock the freezer with these bad boys and have a plethora of options to choose from the next time you want a dinner that costs all of three bucks.

Earthbound Farm Organic Salads (BOGO)

Meijer isn’t giving us those weak buy-one-get-one-half-off or buy-two-get-one-free deals. This is a real buy one get one free situation—a rarity these days (unless you shop at Publix)! Pick up a nice little spring mix for your office day lunches or a package of spinach to use in dinners this week.

Pepperidge Farm Swirl Bread (2/$6)

I devoured so many slices of Pepperidge Farm’s Swirl Bread, specifically the cinnamon variety, in my formative years that I had to quit cold turkey. Because it helped me form a little too much, if you catch my drift. I’ve been out of the swirl bread so long in fact that I missed when they extended their line to include Caramel, Lemon Blueberry, and French Toast. I think I might have to dip my toes back into the Swirl Bread waters to taste the newcomers!
