Blaze Pizza Is Celebrating This New Witchy Movie With A Limited-Time Menu

Against all odds, the 1998 cult classic Practical Magic is getting a sequel 28 years later. Against even greater odds, Blaze Pizza and Practical Magic 2 are teaming up to create a limited-time menu to celebrate the film’s release on September 10th.

Beginning August 19th, participating Blaze Pizza Restaurants will introduce the Spellbound Spread. Ooooo, magical! Or rather, spooky? I don’t know what kind of vibe they’re going for. Either way, let me give you the rundown on what the Spellbound Spread all entails.

The New Menu Items

There are three components:

Mystic Margherita Pizza: Passed down like a family spell (the good kind, no curses included). Fresh mozzarella, ripe tomatoes, and basil straight off the windowsill, finished with a dusting of parm and an olive oil drizzle. Some recipes don’t need updating―they just need believing in.

Greenhouse Grecian Salad: House blend greens enchanted with crisp cucumbers, juicy tomatoes, red onions, artichokes, and feta. A whisper of dried oregano and golden croutons set the spell, finished with Greek Feta & Olive Dressing. Served with warm, fast-fire’d flatbread, blistered straight from the flame.

Midnight Margarita Lemonada: No alcohol. No incantations. Just citrus with a little midnight mischief in it. The kind of drink that tastes like it knows something you don’t.

Blaze On!

According to Blaze Pizza, the launch reflects their continued focus on creating culturally relevant dining experiences that turn entertainment moments into tangible reasons for guests to visit, order and gather together. In the words of Meghan Irwin, Vice President of Marketing at Blaze Pizza, “Blaze has always been a place where guests come together and make the experience their own, so we wanted this partnership to give fans a real reason to gather with their coven, share a meal and celebrate the movie in a way that feels fun, flavorful and unmistakably Blaze.”

No Need To Rush

Though it’s rolling out this week, the collaboration will actually stick around until October 27th. That gives you plenty of time to see the film that comes out on September 10th and order the Spellbound Spread before heading to the theater. Blaze Pizza must really be a fan of Practical Magic if they’re investing this hard into the magic. 

The collaboration will also come to life through custom Practical Magic 2 pizza-box packaging and an immersive Pinterest experience featuring Blaze menu items and film-inspired creative. You remember that website Pinterest, right? We’re still doing that these days?
