March Madness is a big time for Buffalo Wild Wings. The restaurant is the official sports bar for the tournament, and if you’re watching any of its basketball games over the next couple of weeks, you can expect to see its logo pretty much everywhere. Wings and hoops, it’s a match made in heaven.

So it’s no surprise that Buffalo Wild Wings is really doubling down on March Madness with a lot of new dishes and items – and if you’re big into your sauces, then you’re gonna be very pleased with what BDubs has to offer. The sports bar has dropped three new options to add to its line of sauces, which are available right this very second. Let’s get dousing.
Sweet Sauces Aplenty
The new sauces available at Buffalo Wild Wings are – drumroll please!
Lemon Pepper Hot Sauce Mashup
A combination of its Original Buffalo Sauce and its lemon pepper dry rub. We expect this one to be bright, spicy, zesty, and smooth, all in one go.
Sweet Chili Crisp Sauce
Oh, come on. Chili crisp in a sauce? Yes, please. BDubs’ Sweet Chili Crisp Sauce is aromatic as all hell, with chiles, fried onions, garlic, and honey. New regular order alert.
Lemon Pepper Sauce
Yes, yes, we’re well aware that this technically isn’t a new sauce, but Buffalo Wild Wings is promoting it as such – the reason being that it’s a revamped version of its original recipe. The chain is promising that it’ll be more lemony, peppery, and punchy. We’ll be the judge of that!
While we can probably expect the new Lemon Pepper Sauce to stick around beyond March Madness, its Sweet Chili Crisp Sauce is a limited-time offer, so get it while you can.
What Else Does Buffalo Wild Wings Have in Store dor March Madness?
A lot, people, a lot! The sports bar is also releasing two new sandwiches, its King’s Hawaiian Cheeseburger Slider and its Kickin’ Chicken Sandwich. The former combines a beef patty and cheese in a slider bun, and adds ranch dressing and a South Carolina barbecue-inspired Golden Fire Sauce. Messy? Yes. Delicious? Also yes. Its Kickin’ Chicken Sandwich, on the other hand, hits a dry rub-coated fried chicken breast with pepper Jack cheese, chile-lime coleslaw, bacon aioli, and pickled peppers, and then shoves it all in a bun. Yum.
On the drinks side, BDubs is also working with Dunkin’ to debut its Boozy Dunkin’ Cold Brew. This dessert-like twist on an Irish coffee is a mixture of cold brew, your choice of alcohol (you can pick from whiskey, Kahlua, or Bailey’s Irish Cream), vanilla, and a bunch of toppings. Perfect for when your energy dips after all of those basketball games.
Finally, Buffalo Wild Wings is also bringing back its Ultimate Sampler offer, where you can combine four appetizers with four sauces. The restaurant previously roped in the Jonas Brothers to promote this deal; so far, we haven’t seen the pop stars anywhere near its marketing this time around.
