Every Monday, Crumbl Cookies drops four limited-time flavors. And it’s up to you to run over and get them all before they’re gone. Look, we all need a hobby. Some people paint landscapes, others are Crumbl completionists. For the latter group, here are the limited-time Crumbl cookies this week. And if you do manage to snag them all, share your review in the comments for all the other Crumbl creeps out there.

S’mores Brownie

The first item on this week’s Crumbl cookie menu is actually not a cookie at all. It’s a brownie! But not just a simple chocolate brownie (you can use one of our picks for the best brownie mix if that’s all you’re interested in). It’s a brownie on top of a graham cracker crust, topped with marshmallow butter cream, gooey milk chocolate, and graham cracker streusel. What the actual hell, Crumbl.

Cookies & Cream Sandwich Cookie Featuring Oreo

This brand new Crumbl cookie sandwich consists of vanilla buttercream and “cookies & cream crunch” squished between two cookies that are themselves made with Oreo pieces. Wild. Oreo officially signed off on this meta cookie and slapped their name on it, so it’s likely this cookie rules.

Wedding Cake Cookie

Served warm, this is a simple but elegant sugar cookie topped with vanilla and raspberry cream cheese frosting. The real reason to get it, though, is the topping of crunchy white chocolate pearls. Plus, it’s cheaper than an actual wedding cake and much more acceptable to eat by yourself on a Tuesday.

Blueberry Cheesecake Cookie

Okay, this is the Crumbl cookie of the week I’m eyeing. You get a chilled graham cracker cookie, which is topped with cheesecake frosting (not cream cheese frosting, cheesecake frosting), and a sort of blueberry compote-ish dollop. Yum.

Bonus: Milk Chocolate Chip Cookie Thins on Thursday

It’s Thins Thursday at Crumbl! So, after you’ve run out of the cookies you bought on Monday, you can re-up with some thin milk chocolate chip cookies on Thursday and keep that sugar high going through the week.

About the Author

Justine Sterling

Hi! I’m the editor-in-chief of Sporked. I will never turn down a fresh-shucked oyster but I’ll also leap at whatever new product Reese’s releases and I love a Tostitos Hint of Lime, even if there is no actual lime in the ingredients. Why you should trust me: I have been writing about food and beverages for well over a decade and am an avid at-home cook and snacker. I began my career writing about fine dining and recipes, moved into cocktails and spirits, and now I talk about groceries. If you can eat it or drink it, I’ve probably written about it. What I buy every week: Trader Joe’s dried okra. Appleton Farms prosciutto from Aldi. Some sort of Trader Joe’s cheese (I’m into the aged gouda at the moment). Frozen waffles (usually the Eggo Cinnamon Toast Minis). Spindrift water (loving the Cosmopolitan right now). Favorite ranking: Smoked salmon. Imagine me as Scrooge McDuck but instead of coins I’m diving into a vault of slippery smoked salmon slices. Pure joy. I also found some real steals in that taste test! Least favorite ranking: Canned oysters. I had such high hopes for this but it quickly became a chore. The kitchen smelled like an uncleaned aquarium.
