Step aside, everyone: The Queen is here. By that, I mean the Queen of Country, but also the de facto Queen of all of our hearts and minds. Yes: I’m talking about Dolly Parton. Dolly’s food empire is more than impressive: Over the years, she’s built up a line of food products that feel as though they fit firmly within her sensibility, with frozen pot roasts and chicken and dumplings and cornbread mixes being just a few items sold with her name on them. Where she’s perhaps most comfortable, though, is in the sweet space: Sugar cookies, blondie mixes, you name it, she’s got it.

And her latest venture? A trio of new desserts. Grab your spoon; we’re diving in.
Dolly Parton Cookies ‘N Custard Desserts
Parton’s three new Cookies ‘N Custard Desserts were released fairly quietly, but when @candyhunting spotted them at Hy-Vee, we knew we had to talk about them. In typical Dolly fashion, these frozen desserts feel simultaneously bold, fun, and straightforward and are centered around the flavors of classic American sweet treats. They are:
- Banana Creme: A base of smooth, creamy, banana-flavored custard (made with real banana) with vanilla-flavored cookies mixed in, topped with cookie pieces and whipped topping.
- Chocolate Mud Pie: A dessert that feels inspired by a Mississippi Mud Pie, this one’s got a milk chocolate custard with chocolate creme sandwich cookies mixed in, with whipped topping and cookie pieces on top.
- Vanilla Shortbread: Aaaand finally! A creamy custard base made with Madagascar Bourbon vanilla, shortbread cookies, whipped topping, and cookie pieces.
Each pack has four single-serving cups, and they’re a thaw-and-serve vibe: Leave them in your fridge overnight, and wake up to a ready-to-go dessert. At present, they’re not showing on the product locator on Conagra Brands’ official website for Dolly Parton’s food, but keep an eye out – we’re sure it won’t be long.
A Side Of Coffee, Perhaps?
The debut of these three new desserts follows the news that Dolly Parton’s just launched a new coffee brand, Cup of Ambition, which is currently available at Dolly’s Tennessean Travel Stop ahead of a wider release this year. Coming in three blends, it’s the perfect accompaniment to a cup of Banana Custard, we feel. You’ll have to hold tight for a few months, though, while Cup of Ambition ramps up for general sale. Until then, you’ll just have to tackle these desserts without it. Life is tough!
