Dunkin’ and Buffalo Wild Wings Teamed Up to Make a Creamy, Boozy Cocktail

We love it when fast food chains team up. It pushes through all of that cutthroat competition they normally exude with each other, to team up for a common goal: making tasty treats for the good of mankind. It all feels very Avengers, Fast Food Edition.

And when fast food chains join forces to make a cocktail? We’re in. That’s exactly what Dunkin’ and Buffalo Wild Wings have done (okay, Buffalo Wild Wings is technically a sports bar and not a fast food chain, but please don’t ruin it), by dropping the all-new Boozy Dunkin’ Cold Brew. Here’s what to expect.

Wash Down Your Wings with Alcoholic Coffee

The Boozy Dunkin’ Cold Brew will be served in Buffalo Wild Wings restaurants and starts with a base of Dunkin’ cold brew coffee, mixed with vanilla. You then choose Kahlua, Jameson, or Baileys Irish Cream to bring the booze, and it’s finished with whipped cream, chocolate sauce, and Dunkin’ sprinkles – and served in a Mason jar. It’s available right now, but it’s a limited-time offer, so get yourself down there pronto if you want to try it. 

Buffalo Wild Wings & Dunkin’s new drink is ostensibly being released as part of its push for March Madness, and it’s dropping a bunch of new sauces and sandwiches at the same time (it’s a pretty busy time for the chain; it’s just won a lawsuit over boneless wings, so maybe it’s celebrating with these new dishes). This drink is the one that really stood out to us, though, and so far it’s been passing the taste test with customers. One early taste-tester described it as “delicious” on Facebook, before saying that it’s a strong rec for people who love Dunkin’. You might need to walk it off afterward, though; this thing looks pretty hefty.

This Isn’t the First Time Dunkin’s Got Boozy

It’s clear that someone at Dunkin’ is pushing hard for alcoholic versions of its drinks; we’ve been here before, people. Back in 2023, the brand announced its Dunkin’ Spiked iced coffees and teas, its entry into the ready-to-drink alcoholic beverage space. These canned drinks had a 6% ABV, and came in Caramel, Vanilla, and (on the iced tea side) Strawberry Dragonfruit. Dunkin’ then followed these up with its Dunkin’ Spiked Pumpkin Spice Iced Latte, which we didn’t love. 

We suspect these might not have been the hit that Dunkin’ hoped, though, because they’re now super hard to find. They haven’t been officially discontinued, but there may be an element of quiet quitting at play here. So, will this new collab with Buffalo Wild Wings get people excited about its alcoholic coffees again? It remains to be seen, but if it turns out to be a dud, you’ve got plenty of cocktails to choose from at the wing restaurant. Henny Hustle, anyone?
